Maybe they should blame the owner for the dogs death. She was traveling with two kids and a carrier that would not fit under the seat yet because the FA did her job, protect the flying public, she is blamed. Congressional action to most everything is a joke. They have to leave a luncheon with a lobbyist in order to submit a bill and that costs them millions.
