He's actually telling us that he wants to take the broadcasting licenses away from entities that criticize him. What else can he tell us to our faces about his dreams of becoming a dictator?
Are the libertarians and MAGAs who read my blog okay with this? Have they lost their sense of what it means to be an American? Where is their outrage against this swollen, rotting hunk of orange stupidity that is now running the country?
Oh, wait...He actually tells America that maybe being a dictator is what we need.

Even though the days of objective journalism is gone the president should leave the fourth estate alone. You can find whatever news you want. There is no unbiased reporting so it just depends what opinion you want. I watch local news to see what the weather is going to be but national is not news just opinion.
The problem is we are dealing with a president who cannot accept any criticism and he must attack. That's what you get when you elect a narcissist by not giving the voting public any good choice.
Most republicans just ignore the noise and most democrats have no answers so here we are.
Christian Nationalism, Christian Zionism, and Fundamentalist Evangelicalism, three of tRump's biggest voting block, are of the same mentality as Islamic Fundamentalism. And what tRump is attempting is no better than Islamic Law.

It’s obvious that his mind is slipping away. No sane person talks like he’s been talking. Today he said Biden and his administration are “evil”, and he’s going “to take them down.” Those are the words of a mentally deranged man, not a POTUS! Someone needs to step in and hospitalize him.

On a related note as we consider trump's continued suitability for office, has anyone seen his statements from today as he repeatedly got MI Gov Gretchen Whitmer's name, we think it's her anyway, mixed up, calling her Christie Whitman...
This after he has repeatedly got ICE Barbie Kristi Noem's name wrong too.
And on and on it goes. I expect nary a word from MAGAland about his mental slippings. Just like with Biden.

One has to wonder when the "Stable Genius", suffering from great delusions of grandeur, will proclaim himself god's spokesperson on earth with full authority to do whatever His "Geniusness" desires.
And you won’t hear a word about this from certain posters here who blamed Mrs. Biden for allowing Biden’s handlers to expose his declining cognition to the country and the world.
The exact same thing is happening to Trump, but those people who criticized this during the Biden administration remain silent, which makes me believe it was never about watching Biden’s senescence, but about scoring political points against Democratic POTUS. Apparently, when senility is obvious in a Republican POTUS, one should ignore it.
The MAGAverse is 'all in' when speaking of the FOTUS becoming dictator for life. Of course they believe (incorrectly) that the Dictator's policies will only harm the libs so their opinions on the topic may change with experience. At least that's what I've gleaned from surfing the webz the past few days.
It's the gloating I think that just irritates me the most. The in your face language about how much damage is coming to those they say are their enemies. Who is they? Little old ladies stuffed full of propaganda who believe from the top of their overly bleached head to the tips of their craggy overly manicured toes the libs are calling for their death. Old wyt men telling whomever will listen that the wimmenz shoulda never got the vote. Young privileged kids who believe everything their pastor and parents told them, confident that their deity has a plan for them (what the deity plans and they assume may not match, just saying).
To a person there is a look in their eyes and a smirk to their lips with that curl of the nostrils.... once you see it and know it for what it is you can't unsee it. At least I can't. Your milage may vary.
I too have noticed our trolls lack of calling out the mistakes the FOTUS makes in his many public appearances. I've not read one word of the coverup makeup on his hands. For all that is logical when Biden fell over on his bike because his foot got stuck in the peddle (a thing which happens to all bikers using the foot holds including me which led me to NEVER use them again) our trolls crowed about it non stop. Inches of words were written about implications and how dare he and and pearl clutchings that went on for months.
Now? In art there is a concept (other disciplines too) known as the absence of a thing defines it (aka negative space). Or in the vernacular 'crickets'.

Absent a full denunciation of the Neo Nazi crowd supporting Trump, we can have no other interpretation except that the MAGA crowd approves of and welcomes the support of that crowd.

Dave, If I get near a counter corner I bruise. That's all part of the tarnish associated with the gold in the golden years. I just went through a TKA and now take aspirin for clotting so it is even worse.
Yes Skud, it's a normal part of aging. Yet some ppl are so vain or fragile they work to pretend it's not happening.
At halfway to 90, I also have the problem of black hand bruises from slight bumps. Exacerbated by a diet of Eloquis for A-Fib, but after a couple snifters of brandy it doesn't bother me a bit. In the case of trump, have you considered that his hand cover make-up may actually be Cheeto stains from stealing from Vance's snack pile?
After my 2 scents were inserted in my widow maker @ 68 in 2020, and I went on blood thinners for 12 months before going off them, I'd bruise if somebody squeezed my hand real hard when they shook my hand.
After the thinners were stopped the easy bruising stopped. But as I've aged I've noticed cuts, sore muscles, and yes, bruising when it does happen, takes longer for healing and return to "normal" appearance.
As to vanity, its a simple matter of fact that as we age our bodies physiology (always changing) becomes less and less efficient at performing it's multiple tasks. Thus their processes take longer and are not as effective. Thus more illness and eventual cessation of life. As to vanity, keeping some folks from recognizing or admitting the process, sooner or later they won't be able to hide it.
