From 2001-2009, we to the left-of-center complained about Bush's partisan strutting and preening. Then we get a reasonable, thoughtful president, and too many of us have just wanted him to strut and preen for our side. I'm going to value and support what we have -- it's worth both.
K, you're so absolutely right. I just don't understand what is wrong with some of our friends on the left. I hope that at the end of the day people will reflect on the value of Obama's cool calmness.
