Another lawsuit challenging President Obama's eligibility to be president has been thrown out of court:
WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Thursday threw out a lawsuit questioning President Barack Obama's citizenship, lambasting the case as a waste of the court's time and suggesting the plaintiff's attorney may have to compensate the president's lawyer.
"In an argument popular on the Internet and taken seriously practically nowhere else, Obama's critics argue he is ineligible to be president because he is not a "natural-born citizen" as the Constitution requires.
In response last summer, Obama's campaign posted his Hawaiian birth certificate on its Web site. But the lawsuit argues it is a fake and that Obama was actually born in his father's homeland of Kenya, even though Hawaiian officials have said the document is authentic.
"This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do," U.S. District Judge James Robertson said in his written opinion.
The lawsuit didn't even use Obama's legal name but called him "Barry Soetoro," the name he went by while attending elementary school in Indonesia. It's one of many that has been filed claiming Obama is ineligible to serve as president.
Robertson ordered plaintiff's attorney John Hemenway of Colorado Springs, Colo., to show why he hasn't violated court rules barring frivolous and harassing cases and shouldn't have to pay Obama's attorney, Bob Bauer, for his time arguing that the case should be thrown out."

However, the blog that you linked is not so delicious. Full of conspiracy theorists who still want Barack Obama to show up at their doors with the original birth certificate in hand along with an official from the State of Hawaii, the nurse who assisted in the birth and the umbilical cord to prove he was born here. This sickness apparently has no cure.

The people who continue to question Pres. Obama's birth certificate would find other reasons to delegitimize him if they didn't have this absurd obsession.

Check this link to a discussion at Daily Kos. It is not conclusive, but it shows a positive connection between Trekkies and progressives, one that is devoid of any conspiracy theories or racism.
Racism? Come on. These are the Trekkies who are fans of Uhura, Sisko, etc. Many of them have likened Obama to Spock... as a compliment, not a condemnation.

The conjecture that Obama is Kenyan, is NOT due to his birth place, but rather the fact that Obama was born as a Son to a Kenyan/UK Citizen at a time when his Mother was too young to confer her US citizenship upon him, according to law AT THAT TIME !!
The conjuncture that Obama is Indonesian is due to the fact at 5 years old he was adopted by his Step-Father, an Indonesian. Obama lived in Indonesia, attending school at a time when the Indonesian government would only allow Indonesian Citizens to attend grade school. When Obama returned to the US , before he turned 21, Obama could have retained his US Citizenship by taking an oath, but would be a Naturalized Citizen NOT Natural born !!
I'm curious how Obama said in his book that he found his birth certificate amongst his Fathers belongings, but does not seem to know where it is now.. The Certificate of Live Birth first posted on Snopes.com and adopted by Obama as 'real', is NOT even acceptable to the State of Hawaii as proof of Hawaiian birth, nor valid for a US Passport !!

The State of Hawaii and a federal judge are satisfied. The have access to the documents and witnesses that we (you) do not. They have come to their conclusion after vetting this evidence.
You seem to be stating that the State and federal officials responsible for making this determination, are in a conspiracy to hide the fact that Obama is not a legal citizen, or eligible to be President.

Barack obama's mother was an American citizen, you don't grow into being an American citizen in order to confer citizenship on your offspring. Besides which, Barack Obama was born in Hawaii to an American mother.

Seriously, I've seen examples of socialist footwear from the old commie bloc.
