GOP Convention -- Day One of the Dumpster Fire!

And just to give everyone an idea of the tone of what Trump promises will be a tremendous, superstar-filled, "classy" convention, here's a meme put out by the GOP's key note speaker, Scott Baio, (a D-list teevee actor who played The Fonz's cousin on "Happy Days" -- has anyone heard of him since?):

This is exactly the level of "class" one would find at a certain Stench Trench blog. Perhaps Baio found his inspiration there.

That's an example of what Trump's key note speaker thinks is sophisticated political discourse.  I can't wait to hear how Republican Evangelical women explain that meme to their daughters.

Keep it classy Donnie. You're already in the toilet with women voters.

right wingers have zero sense of humor. The same holds true if you stop the sentence after the word sense.... :)

Shaw, you know I have to love for Hillary, but that Tweet from Scott Bao is disgusting. There's no reason for that.

And speaking of Scott Bao. I saw him on FOX a while back and couldn't help but wonder why he was even there. I could care less what he, or even A-list celebrities, have to say on the political front. They are entertainers and should stick with that.

Pam, that's the sort of thing Trump brings out in his supporters. Can you imagine, say, Jeb! or even Ben Carson having a key not speaker putting out such a low-class, anti-woman slur?

Trump proves that having money and power doesn't make a person cultured or classy. In Trump's case he's become more of a boorish character. Remember he's the one who said "the media doesn't care what you do as long as you have a beautiful piece of ass on your arm."

Again, can you imagine Mitt Romney, Jeb!, or any other GOPer saying something as revolting as that about women? No wonder women are put off by him.

Blue Bull, I've always wondered why that is, but it seems to be a given. They just don't have any sense of humor.

Pam, I just found this:

Barbara Bush last February: "I don’t know how women can vote" for Trump.

so who's gonna talk to an empty chair this time? Can't wait to see the train wreck that's gonna be Trump's sad coronation.
