Sadly, we can't expect corruption being a problem for stupid, authoritarian, and ignorant duped American voters who elected a criminal and traitor along with his party of lock-step authoritarians and loyal cult fanatics. I fully expect the fascists to rig and steal the 2026 election. They will get away with it because too many dimwits, racists, and greedheads in this country have abandoned any semblance of curiosity, civility, morality, critical thinking, and giving a damn about other human beings.
Les and Dave Dubya: Those people are only a bit more than a third of the voting population. THEY ARE NOT THE MAJORITY OF AMERICANS!
We are suffering under a minority regime, with a very corrupt and unpopular POTUS.
It is up to the people, the majority of us, who are against this takeover by the P2025, Christian nationalists, and authoritarian ass-kissers who support the mentally declining Trump.
Trump’s approval rating still negative while the public sours further on Democrats, CNBC survey shows
Republicans remain solidly behind the president and Democrats solidly against. Half of independents disapprove of the president.
President Donald Trump’s overall and economic approval ratings remain in negative territory despite a slight improvement in the latest CNBC All-America Economic Survey.
More troubling for the president, however, could be that the survey shows positive approval of only one of seven key issues, with the public holding negative views on his handling of tariffs, inflation, taxes and federal spending."
Hardly good news for a president who's been in office for only 6 months.
"Mr Trump was re-elected on a wave of economic pessimism, telling voters that “incomes will skyrocket, inflation will vanish completely, jobs will come roaring back and the middle class will prosper like never, ever before” during his second term. So far they have been disappointed. Ratings of his handling of the economy and inflation were net positive shortly after his inauguration. They have since fallen to strongly negative in the wake of his declarations of trade war and the ensuing response of investors. YouGov’s data also suggest Americans now disapprove of his handling of immigration, another issue central to his re-election."

Trump is very likely America's collective bad karma coming home to roost.

Poll after poll show that he's bleeding support.
