What does English language challenged Trump mean when he says we need to "drill, baby drill" to achieve energy independence, which we've already achieved?
When Donald garbles his speech he does it greatly. In fact he's setting records for garble. Never in history has anyone garbled so hugely. He's made garbling great again.

In the spirit of Dave Dubya, here's a question or two for our MAGA and more conservative amigos who comment here.
Is it always a sign of cognitive decline when older people mangle the English language, mix up facts, forget dates and confuse names of world leaders?
If not, what objective method should we use to determine when someone is cognitively impaired and when he or she simply made a mistake or misspoke?
