"...the decision fell short of a full vindication. In denying Mr. Trump’s bid to throw out the case, the court kept in place the ruling that he had committed fraud, an ignominious distinction for a sitting American president.
Ms. James, in a statement, said that the court had “affirmed the well-supported finding of the trial court: Donald Trump, his company, and two of his children are liable for fraud.”

IOW... any statement by Trump or anyone else that this decision is "total vindication" is wrong, inaccurate or a lie.
All this did was say the punishment did not fit the crime Trump committed, and as such, was excessive.
No more, no less.
Trump will spin it as a vindication, just like he did with the Mueller Report, which concluded that Russia DID interfere in the 2016 election.
Trump is a liar. We must always remember that when anything comes out of his lying mouth. (Also, anything by his lackeys.)
Trump is still America's first convicted felon president who was also found liable for sexual assault (something he actually bragged about in the Access Hollywood video.) Trump told America that he liked to sexually assault women because he's a star. Think about that. America voted for that!
And now we know that Trump partied for 15+ years with convicted child traffickers & rapists. Are we supposed to believe that in those 15+ years Trump & Melania didn't know what went on with those teen girls in Epstein's NY mansion, Palm Beach mansion, New Mexico home, and Epstein's private island? Really?
