President Trump for weeks has been
just short of belligerent in his repeated calls for Denmark to surrender
Greenland to the US for the protection of the world and most importantly, the

Let me put that in plain English for
folks. The US, under President Trump, has spent weeks and months hammering
Europe and specifically Denmark over Greenland. After Trump did not get the
Nobel Peace Prize, he ramped that criticism up to record levels.
He then went to Davos and made it
worse, causing the US financial markets to plunge. He scared US tech leaders
who were there, listening to him from the front row. When Trump left the stage
after his insulting rant, the markets immediately tanked. And the tech leaders
and others told him he was causing worldwide financial chaos.
So what did the favored leader of MAGA
do?
According to Brit Hume of FOX News, Trump
caved and removed the threat of new tariffs on Europe. He announced a deal
that never got the “complete and total” control he said we needed. In a video
shown on CNBC, he completely admitted that, saying all we had was a framework
of a deal. Not a deal. Not sovereignty, but everything else.
That everything else, includes nothing
new. Not. At. All. Trump did all of this ranting and lunatic ranting for
nothing. Except maybe his own ego.
What was the point of all of this?
Trump trashed our relationship with Europe. Trump rattled world financial
markets. Trump risked US financial security through the purchase of Greenland.
All to get what we already had.
Yes… thank you President Trump, for
not making America great again. But instead, making us a pariah of
embarrassment and mistrust with our closest allies."

David, That was certainly a long diatribe centering on I Hate trump. Did trump accomplish anything, no one knows because it has not been stated exactly what the "deal" was yet you seem to have inside information. Did you get that information while on a mountain top in Mexico?
Trump is a bully and he uses the bully approach in everything he does, BTW he has always been that way. In any negotiation you always ask for more that you expect which is what negotiations are all about. You seem to be OK with china and russia making significant inroads into Greenland which is a threat to the US. Leaving them to do that is playing nice but is not a good idea for the citizens of the US.
I don't anticipate most here to agree because they were all in for the DEI and the swell guy because they were non offensive.

My former boss, who is a woman and General Counsel at the organization I worked for, was a great negotiator. She used to work for a huge insurance company with hundreds of attorneys. One major client didn't want a woman as his attorney and negotiator. She proved him wrong and after he always asked for her when he had a problem. Both of those two realities have been shown across FOX News and other outlets multiple times.
So no, I don't have any secret knowledge or source. I just pay attention.
Now as for China, you seem to take a general disgust for Trump's style, as approval of the worst case scenario. You've inaccurately tarred me and others saying since we do not like the methods the Trump Admin has used in immigration, we must be okay with illegals overrunning our country.
Now you're using it here as it relates to Greenland. No, opposing the way Trump is a bull in a "china" shop is not approving of "china and russia making significant inroads into Greenland" as you seem to believe.
