Pam Bondi Proves That for Trump, You Can’t Debase Yourself Enough
The fierce loyalist committed herself to Trumpian theatrics—and lost the job anyway.
Of all the rot that flowed from Pam Bondi’s tenure leading the Justice Department under Donald Trump’s second term, the one that will be remembered beyond this political moment is likely to be her February 2026 hearing before the House Judiciary Committee.
It was there that the attorney general, now former, approached congressional oversight like a vulgar cage fight.
“You’re a washed-up, loser lawyer,” Bondi told Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin, the top Democrat on the committee. “You’re not even a lawyer.”
Coming from the highest law enforcement officer in the country, the taunt was absurd, the stuff of reality television theatrics intended to please our reality television president." --MOTHER JONES
She'll be remembered as one of the worst. She debased herself and the DoJ for a short-fingered vulgar, convicted felon. That is her legacy, which she so richly deserves.
”Pam Bondi is out, and honestly, it was only a matter of time. Her support from trump had been eroding for months, with her mishandling of the Jeffrey Epstein files turning into a slow-motion political liability. But let's be clear about what her real legacy is: critics say she damaged the Justice Department's credibility, hollowed out the career ranks, and turned it into something barely recognizable. One former DOJ attorney put it plainly, saying Bondi took a sledgehammer to the Justice Department and its workforce, and that what she destroyed in a year could take decades to rebuild. Career prosecutors were fired, the Civil Rights Division hemorrhaged attorneys, and the elite public corruption unit was essentially gutted. The people who didn't get pushed out just left, because who wants to work somewhere that's been turned into the president's personal law firm.
Then there's the Epstein circus, which may be the defining embarrassment of her tenure. Back in February 2025, Bondi went on Fox News and said an Epstein client list was sitting on her desk right now to review, only for the Justice Department to later claim no such list existed. She walked it back, said she was just talking about paperwork, and then the files were never fully released. She refused to answer questions about her department's handling of the files at a House Judiciary Committee hearing, and the House Oversight Committee eventually subpoenaed her. There's also the widely reported moment where she refused to make eye contact with Epstein's victims during a congressional hearing, which says just about everything you need to know.
Unfortunately, whoever comes next is almost certainly going to be worse. Bondi was largely just following orders, and the rot runs straight from the top. It's also worth noting that the only two Cabinet members trump has fired are both women, while a parade of incompetent men remain completely untouched. That tells you plenty.” —The Other 98%
”In a Sept. 20, 2025, message to Ms. Bondi that President Trump posted on Truth Social, he complained that “nothing is being done” about his demand for prosecutions of the former F.B.I. director James Comey, Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia James. “We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation and credibility,” he wrote. In apparent response, Ms. Bondi’s Justice Department did later bring transparently defective cases against Mr. Comey (for allegedly lying to Congress) and Ms. James (for alleged mortgage fraud). Both prosecutions were promptly and properly dismissed, but the Justice Department is appealing.
These cases were among Ms. Bondi’s worst abuses of the legal system since her appointment, and judges have checked her.”
And they will NEVER be in prison, because your conspiracies didn’t bring about any convictions. If anyone deserves to be imprisoned, it’s the corrupt Pam Bondi.
"President Donald Trump has expressed frustration and disappointment with Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer — and is pondering making additional changes to his Cabinet. "He's very angry and he's going to be moving people," When will he get to Hegseth and Miller?
. Her being fired is good news but does lead to questions. . When will she get pardoned? (Doubled edge sword, she cannot use 5th Amendment to refuse to testify. When she is called forward to testify she will not be able to be disgustingly ugly when faced with Congressional questioners.) . How much money does she have stashed away in foreign banks? Which is subject to seizure by USA. . Where will she be able to hide? .
I read this stuff so you don't have to... here's a comment from one of the newer sailors on HMS Mothership of Denial regarding the firing of Bondi.
"The firing of Bondi should be good. I think she was stopped mostly by the District Judges blocking the Trump Admin and as AG she should have had Trump ignore the Judges. We need an AG that will work to ignore the District Judges and get the House to force impeachments."
Look, most of the people on board the galleon of centuries past have no clue what a Constitution is, except as it relates to the 2nd Amendment. Need evidence? Reread that comment.
"Ignore the Judges" [sic] who rule against you because you have decided to not follow the law.
There is a standard belief from many MAGA faithful and it's this...
Judges across the country are ruling against Trump because one, they hate Trump so much, even though he appointed some of these judges, and two, they hate America.
There simply is no understanding from their navy that policies, procedures and actions the government takes must be done according to the Constitution.
The comment above perfectly explains the position of backers of Bondi, the Trump DOJ and the MAGA mind. This person, who made that comment, I believe, loves America. But what he or she is advocating is governmental action outside of the Constitution for political gain, a crime in the US.
AG's are appointed by the president and loyal to him. That was the same for Kennedy, Barr, Holder, Garland and now Bondi. She had a president that expected more protection and he didn't get it so she was ousted. Most of them have had scandals that they covered up but few have been thrown under a bus even for selling guns.
AGs have loyalty to the POTUS who puts them in power, but their first loyalty should be to the US Constitution. Clearly, Bondi did not believe that loyalty to the Constitution should come before her loyalty to Trump, and that's why she failed as an AG. She broke the law in service to a convicted felon, adjudicated sexual assaulter, and a man who was close to and best friends with a child rapist and sex trafficker.
The whole administration is marinated in lawlessness.
It is clear that the Captain of the Mother Ship and her crew do NOT believe in the rule of law. Those are the people who support a convicted felon and a president who cares nothing for laws.
Yet they howl about undocumented people who break the law! They have no idea how foolish they sound!
Wrong Skud... AG's are not loyal to a president, or any president. They are, or supposed to be, loyal to the Constitution. Fmr AG John Mitchell was very loyal to President Nixon and went to jail for it. As should any AG who chooses fealty to a president over the Constitution.

Comey and Brennan aren't in prison yet... so good riddance!
Only in America ....

Her purpose? To destroy the DOJ credibility. Misson accomplished. Time to move on and replace her with another agent of chaos and division.

And everyone on board supports that view.

She failed because Tulsi hasn't publicized the evidence. It's all 'Secret'.... @@
You can't effectively prosecute someone when the evidence remains "classified".
The Courts "defer" to the "wisdom" of the Intelligence/ Counter-Intelligence Communities... FBI/ CIA when it comes to admissability.

I'm surprised you are unaware of that basic fact.
Trump and his administration's lawlessness equals that Putin and his loyal Russian Oligarchs.
Takes a special talent for Trump AG - you shall administer my vengeance
