Evangelical Christians and Trump
To Evangelical Christians, character matters, but not if a politician has an "R" (even a recent "R") after his or her name. Trump recently said his supporters would vote for him even if he stood in the middle of the street and killed someone.
Apparently he knows what he's talking about because the Christian Evangelicals who say they care about the sanctity of marriage and family values are supporting a man who is a self-admitted adulterer, an egregious liar, a mocker of people with disabilities, anti-woman, and a nasty, vengeful tweeting boor.
Those Evangelical Christians who see nothing wrong with Trump are the same Christians who have vilified a true family man, a faithful husband and loving father -- Barack Hussein Obama. So who wouldn't wonder about their sincerity toward their so-called Christian morality and "family values."
They seem to have left that all behind for political expedience. I call that moral cowardice.

Very interesting.
It does seem contra to what these devout Christians believe in to support a man with such a creep-y background like Trump. But because Trump's a recent Republican and pretends to be on the side of the little guy -- that's a neat trick, eh? A billionaire concerned with the little guy -- anyway the Evangelicals are more interested in winning elections than saving souls.
I'll be copying this comment and pasting it all over the right wings blogs, especially WYD's blog where everyone thinks it's you, shaw, doing it. But they believe anything without proof so it's not surprising they think I'm you. LOL! What a bunch of easy marks.
The Evangelicals who own blogs are more interested in showing off how much more they love the baby Jesus than anyone else. They tell anyone who will listen what great Christians they are and then turn around and support a lying creep who makes fun of handicapped people? I've known better Christians in cat houses than they are.
Frank
The Evangelicals are awash in ant-abortion, birth control, concealed carry, lower taxes on the rich, sex in any shape or form and forcing their ideas on humanity.
All those things we can't find in the bible. Go figure.
Christians have always been hypocrites. No surprise here.
Seems Frank Jakowski has spent considerable time in "cat houses".....an interesting fact that he seems quite proud of.
What BB Idaho said...
Melania Trump wants to be clear: Her husband, Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, is "not Hitler."
“We know the truth. He’s not Hitler.
Oh WOW! Thank you Melania! We're all so relieved that Donnie isn't Hitler! So nice of you to assure us that your overweight idiot husband isn't Hitler. That makes us happy.
And your husband has assured us all that because you have lovely huge tatas, you're going to be the GREATEST First Lady. You'll be the best First Lady with the biggest breasts! Yay America!
The Trumps will bring "class" to the Whitish House.
Maximum hypocrisy is a core competence requirement to join the wingnuttia club.
