And it is enforced by... wait for it... a 10K personal fine against the teacher, after a parent complains. It is using the same enforcement mechanism that Texas is using so as to not entangle the "state" and avoid judicial review.
Of a clearly unconstitutional law.
Don't wait for Ted Cruz and his ilk will pull their constitutions out and fume about freedom of religion, or a right to have no religion in America, as guaranteed by that Constitution.

Anon... as a longtime believer, it won't be the Salem Witch Trails 2.0, rather it will look more like the Inquisition. And that's where we'll see those who do not tow the orthodox line not just theologically, but politically as well will be banished to God knows where.

You apparently missed the Student Religious Belief Protection Act from the GOP State Senator in Oklahoma.
