The GOP is loaded with people complaining about Hunter Biden, his laptop, his work record, his China connections, his drug abuse, even his dad, President Joe Biden. If Hunter is a dog, as many allege, then his dad, the president, must also be a dog, because it stretches credibility to believe the two of them can keep their lives, work, and political ambitions separate. To the GOP and their minions, any sin Hunter Biden may have committed, immediately implicates his father because well -- they’re related.

And yet somehow, that same logic goes out the windows when it comes to SCOTUS Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife Ginni. Thomas serves at the SCOTUS under a recommendation that he avoid even the appearance of influence in cases he is hearing. As such, he arguably must show a higher degree of deference when something may even hint at an appearance of influence creeping into our nation’s highest court.

That is as it should be because our SCOTUS justices are appointed for life, and the fairness of their rulings is one of the lynch pins of our democracy. So tell me, why is the GOP so upset about Hunter Biden yet has remained silent about cases before the SCOTUS involving Ginni Thomas?

Why have they not called for Justice Thomas to recuse himself in cases regarding his wife, her organizations, and her work on behalf of the January 6 insurrectionists?

 I’ll await your answers…

Good observations and questions. Questions we can be almost certain will remain unanswered by the Party of Hypocrisy and Dishonesty. King Clorox, having cast his spell on the minions of deluded souls continues to drive his poison deep into the psyche of the naïve.

Driven by ego, greed and the desire for control these folk are totally bling to truth and reality as they truly are.

Blind. Not bling.

She's obviously selling her access to Clarence, no doubt. As an attorney herself it's "good for business". But did the FBI/ Secret Service actively cover up crimes she was involved in and get Silicon Valley tech companies and the CIA to generate cover stories pooh-poohing the evidence for them?

He should definitely recuse himself from cases involving Jan.6, Hunter Biden, and other cases his wife has been deeply involved with that she certainly has biased her husband on.

Well -FJ, you see, like many you're missing the point.

The GOP is tarring Joe Biden for the actions of his son, which may or may not be bad. As Dems have decried this transference of guilt, conservatives have basically used the "birds of a criminal feather stick together" viewpoint, without a shred of evidence that Biden did anything wrong.

Which is all well and good... except when it gets turned on one of yours, the defense becomes "but what about them?"

but you do not disappoint. As if on cue, you did not offer a defense of the family Thomas, you circled back to Hunter. A Hunter who may indeed be guilty.

But if Clarence is not guilty by implication, neither should be Pres Biden.

Unless anarchy, like the desire of the Magonistas of Mexico before the revolution, is your goal.

A reminder to those who read Minus Eff Jay here and on other blogs: He's NEVER been right on ANY of his predictions -- the audits in AZ and WI -- WRONG; the Durham report -- NOTHING CAME FROM IT -- and his screeds about Trump's declassifying power? He's wrong on that as well, and has been wrong on EVERYTHING.

But he sure knows how to lard the blogs he visits with italicized quotes from ancient writings in philosophy, which gives the APPEARANCE of erudition, but prove nothing.

Again, for those in the back: -FJ has been WRONG on everything about the so-called stolen 2020 election, the 60+ law suits the Trumpers initiated, the recounts and audits, the Durham Report, and recently, Trump's claim that he declassified the top secret documents he stole from the U.S. government. WRONG. WRONG. WRONG. WRONG.

And his "Stop-the-Argument-Free-Card is this: "DEEP STATE," which he uses to shut down anyone who points to his paranoid arguments about the 2020 election.

Minus Eff Jay uses an avalanche of words and quotations to bury any counter arguments and to prove NOTHING.

He's. Been. Wrong. About. EVERYTHING.

The silly people on the Mother Ship:

"James FreemanSept. 23, 2022 4:30 pm ET

This column is still waiting for someone to name a great civilization built by progressive leftists."

The founding fathers were classical LIBERALS, leftists, progressives! America was founded by progressive leftists!

But don't tell the silly people on the Mother Ship.

The sailors on the Mother Ship will never admit that. LOL!

It takes time but liberals always lead the way to enlightenment. America is what it is today because of liberals.

Some big changes since the founding fathers? End of slavery, women can vote, women can own and control property, child labor laws, reasonable working hours, homosexuality no longer illegal, now illegal for a husband to beat, rape or otherwise physically mistreat his wife, we now have social security, Medicare, Medicaid, the ACA.

The list of change due to liberals since the founding fathers is long. Those above are but a few.

The US SCOTUS has determined that the cases brought before it claiming fraud in the 2020 election were bunk, without evidence, unfounded.

Over 60 courts across the US with judges appointed by Trump, Obama, Bush and Clinton all determined the same.

Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani stated in one lawsuit, "We are not alleging fraud."

The Heritage Foundation, a real organization, that leans right, has not been able to find any real voter fraud in the 2020 elections.

The US Atty General, charged as the peoples lawyer for the US, has stated that views of voter fraud and a stolen election in 2020 are "bullshit."

The head of the federal department charged with the security of US elections said the 2020 election was the most secure in the history of the US.

And yet Ginni Thomas, wife of SCOTUS Justice Clarence, maintains, without evidence, that there was fraud and the election was stolen.

Clearly Ginni, along with the Captain of the Mothership, have some secret philosophical gnostic ability to "know" something others are unable to know or see empirically [without sensed knowledge for people from Rio Lindo].

Because both of them, and millions more, hold firm in their belief, without ANY evidence, that the election was stolen.

All because their candidate did not win.

Here's the -FJ question...

Ginni Thomas has offered sworn testimony in which she denied talking to her husband about any of her stolen election claims and her involvement in the insurrection, or whatever else you want to call the events of Jan 6.

For one to not call for SCOTUS Justice Thomas to recuse himself from any Jan 6 cases, you have to believe her, as her even speaking to him, presents the appearance of a conflict, for which a judge should recuse.

So for a moment, let's accept that, as many conservatives do.

The question we have then, is this...

Why do conservatives not give Hunter Biden or Joe Biden the benefit of the doubt?

May oy may not have been? BWAH!

Ginny Thomas isn't a certified crack head, that's why.

At best FJ's perceptions are merely ego driven attempts to reinforce his own ego and its obscurations and delusions.

No amount of evidence, regardless of its obvious truth, will ever be accepted by FJ or those traveling on The Mothership of Denial.

When ego driven self interests, clouded by an inability to effectively discern between truth/reality or lies/fiction determines ones beliefs and actions there is little chance they will change. To change and accept truth/reality is something their ego simply won't or can't allow.

Unfortunately our very western culture of fierce individualism, predatory capitalism, belief in its superiority over other cultures, and the tendancy to "other" all those not in full agreement with those incorrect and misplaced views feed the self centered ego so prevalent in our American culture.

Maybe the youth of America can change this. But as long as a significant number of Americans continue to attempt to instill the "values" that has where we're presently at it will be a steep uphill trek to a more enlightened existence on this rock we all call home.
