A medical person/industry gets PERMISSION to perform a medical procedure on a woman. She seeks that medical intervention when she needs it. The "medical industry" doesn't come into her home or body unless she seeks its help.
Before I've had any procedure done in a doctor's office or the hospital, I SIGN OFF on it, understanding what the risks are. No one in any doctor's office or hospital touches or invades my body without my permission. And no hospital has the authority to keep me there if I want to leave.
Right now the government has meddled in women's and girls' bodies by preventing them from getting medical care for pregnancies that have gone wrong. The government has taken control of girls' and women's bodies. The ULTIMATE "meddling."
PS. Don't bring up vaccines. Americans have the right to refuse vaccines. That's been going on for decades. If you work for the government or a private company that requires/required vaccinations for employment, you could decline working there and leave.
Before all this anti-vaccine nonsense, military people were required to get shots for all sorts of illnesses, and there was no controversy. Same with children entering school and the requirement for vaccines. This was NEVER an issue when I was a school kid, nor when my kids were in school.

It's a fetus, not a child. If it were truly a "child" under the law, you'd be able to deduct it. You cannot, until it is born and becomes a "child" under the law. When you count the number of children in a household, the fetus in the mother's uterus is not counted as a child in the household.
That's the end of this discussion. I know you are anti-abortion. I'm not trying to change your mind.

1) there is no federal law that says that a fetus is a person.
2) the Constitution grants constitutional rights to people “WHO ARE BORN OR NATURALIZED”. The key word there is BORN.

At the stage you stated no human life form has yet even begun to form. And as Shaw aptly points out there is no law states a fetus is a person and the Constitution protects the rights of a born or naturalized citizen.
