It certainly seems so.
You Know Who says he is bringing only the brightest and best to "fix the problem".
I find myself wondering if this is how he plans on draining the swamp(s).
He's not draining anything; he's flooding the government with incompetents, sexual predators, and lunatics. The government will reflect who he is.
Well, that's true.
The swamps he's drawing from to populate his next administration of graft, indecency, and chaos will, confirm his projections that DC is a swamp.
