Speaker Johnson, what's your opinion? Would it be a good decision? Can't you just say "A convicted child molester should not be pardoned under any circumstances"?
For all the hoopla about Dems being unable to say "we need to close our borders and only allow legal immigrants to come here", these clowns are pretty mealy mouthed now.
Come on -FJ, Geez, Speaker Johnson, President trump, et al... is it right to to have a convicted child molestor walking free in America?
speaker Johnson is an Evangelical Christian Nationalists who will support every evil item of the tRump agenda because in his ignorance he truly believes god and his jesus blessed it. That the malignant narcissist was indeed chosen by god.
All we need to know is that Trump and his henchmen/henchwomen will not offer Ghislaine Maxwell anything unless she is willing to protect Trump at all costs.
I know it looks like to Skud that we are picking on Trump, and only Trump. But that's because of a few things...
1. Skud seems unable to acknowledge or accept the fact that many commenters here, including Shaw have over the years been critical of Presidents Clinton, Obama and Biden. We have not, as some seem to believe, blindly accepted their positions, policies or politics.
2. We've never had a president like Trump. Never in our history, US history, has and party nominated and the country elected a known, convicted felon. Never.
3. Not since WWII have we had a president so openly critical of our closest allies in the world. Not since WWII have we had a president even question the need for NATO to counter Russian aggression.
4. Trump is a prodigious liar. I know, I know, all politicians lie. But not generally about provable facts. All one has to do is check Trump's Unabomber comments about his uncle. They are all false. These are not political lies. They are not even related to politics. They are just part of the thousands of lies Trump spews everyday.
5. Bill Clinton sexually assaulted a White House intern. Full stop. Trump has been found guilty of sexual assault. Full stop. Trump and his admin have repeatedly lied about the Epstein affair, his reasons for breaking off the relationship, whether a Epstein "client list" exists and more.
None of that is regular, everyday stuff for a POTUS. And it never was until the GOP, long seen, and promoted as the party of God, moral, law and order, elected him.
Now Skud, -FJ and others, I'm willing to be proven wrong on any of the above. But please bring the receipts, links and evidence.
