MAGA's loyalty is to Trump, not the rule of law.

 

The text below my comments is a perfect snapshot of MAGA mentality.

MAGA doesn't care about the merits of a case, whether it is legal or illegal. What MAGA cares about is loyalty to the convicted felon in the White House. If a court case is brought by Trump, then MAGA believes it is merited, no matter what the facts are. The James Comey indictment is a perfect example of a vindictive case against him, which a majority of legal scholars have said has no merits.

But MAGA doesn't care about facts and legalities. MAGA is slavishly loyal to a man, the convicted felon, Trump, not to the law. 

 Vindictive prosecution: 

Comey's lawyers argue the case is an example of political retaliation, citing public statements from President Trump that they claim demonstrate "personal animus" and a motive to "seek retribution". 

 Lack of probable cause: 

Before the indictment, federal prosecutors who reviewed the case reportedly found no probable cause to bring charges and refused to indict Comey. 

 Improper prosecutor appointment: 

The indictment was filed days after the U.S. attorney assigned to the case was fired and replaced by the President's former personal lawyer, who had no prior experience as a criminal prosecutor.

Read this below and understand that MAGA's loyalty is to Trump, not the rule of law:

Comey is NOT guilty! It’s TRUMP’s fault!

PICTURE THIS;  A GUY IS ARRAIGNED, PLEADS ‘NOT GUILTY.’   DAYS LATER, HE’S ADVISED BY HIS (EXCELLENT) LAWYER, THAT HE CAN SEEK TO DISMISS BECAUSE THE ACCUSER IS  VINDICTIVE.  ??! (I do think a lot of cases the WH is bringing are about vindictiveness, by the way….never a grand idea, but aren’t most cases brought by someone very ticked off, ergo VINDICTIVE? “I’ll get YOU for doing THAT”!)

ANDY MC CARTHY IS A CONSERVATIVE LAWYER OFTEN ON FOX….VERY SMART GUY.   SADLY, HE’S BEEN SAYING HE DOESN’T THINK THERE’S A CASE AGAINST COMEY AT ALL HERE AND HE WELL DESCRIBES WHY ON THE VIDEO IN MY LINK.

BECAUSE THIS CASE WILL PROBABLY NOT HOLD, AND COMEY WILL GO FREE IF WE CAN JUDGE FROM SO MANY OF THE OTHER CASES TRUMP HAS BROUGHT AND LOST,  I HOPE THAT THE MORE OBVIOUS THINGS COMEY’S DONE WILL NOT GO AWAY BECAUSE THIS CASE WILL..

I JUST HOPE SOOO MUCH THAT SOME OF THE WHITE HOUSE ACCUSATIONS STICK….SOMEDAY?  SOMEHOW? BY THE WAY, HAVE YOU NOTICED A LARGE PART OF THE JUDGES CONSTANTLY RULING AGAINST TRUMP ARE WOMEN?! (JUST AN OBSERVATION OF MINE)

REGARDING RETRIBUTION;  WEREN’T MANY OF THE THINGS THE BIDEN WH DID VINDICTIVE TO TRUMP?  “HE CAN’T BE PRESIDENT!!  HE DIDN’T REALLY WIN!!   WE’LL BRING HIM DOWN!’  (OF COURSE THAT’S THE CASE).

CHAOS.   CHAOS MIGHT LOSE US A LOT IN THIS ADMINISTRATION… AND THERE’S JUST TOO MUCH CHAOS
