Amazing story in the Washington Post about the second wave of burnout among hospital staff in Missouri and their stories of people coming in arguing that they don’t have Covid because it doesn’t exist. One person even spit at a nurse after he was told. Only one story of an elderly man who the nurse thought was never going to leave the hospital. He admitted he was embarrassed and should have known better and gotten the vaccine.

Now we have the fiasco of DACA. Why would a president create a program that is temporary passing the buck to the next administration who passes it to the next. Guess it just didn't fit his agenda so he ignored it. Now we have state representatives leaving the state to protest a voting bill that gives more voting rights than was previously available. Guess they don't read and understand their own bills and the media is hyping them as heroes because the media doesn't understand it either.
Some people should do a little more research before they condemn others but that would take to much of your time away from improving your language skills.

As to Texas voting law changes. If there were no changes in existing laws not temporary covid laws, there would be more restrictions in voting but you don't hear about that aspect. How is requiring an ID and requesting a ballot discrimination. EVERYONE can vote for the person of their choice but and drive through voting was because of the pandemic.
Climate change, global warming, global cooling, atmospheric pollution or what ever else you want to call it cannot be successful unless there is world wide compliance. The US is the leader in compliance and nothing is being done my China and India.

Ignoramus. India has been building solar-power capacity on a massive scale. So have some of the Arab countries. Europe is heavily developing both solar and wind power. The US has lagged behind most of the rest of the world in addressing climate change, especially during the time of Trump, because we're the only advanced country with a major political party stupid enough to claim the problem isn't real.

However, a more responsible approach to getting vacinated is this, it protects other from becoming infected with covid 19 (as well as the variants) by you and it even protects you as well. A real win-win senario.
