Wine will, methinks, soon become the national drink by government proclamation. Of course we anticipate alcoholism treatment and rehabilitate will be 100% covered by the ACA, aka ObamaCare.
ah, I don't get it...the sign. Now if it had said 'beer' instead of 'wine' it would have made perfect sense.
