What We Know About Trump's Health

Here's what we learned about Trump's health from his appearance on the Dr. Oz teevee show.

He eats fast food, because he "knows" what's in it.

Trump has the figure of a 70 year old man with high blood pressure, high chloresterol, and partially plugged arteries. He's a heart attack just waiting to happen.

As a CPT, CES I agree completely Shaw. Although Obama might want to consider more upper body (specifically shoulder) stength training when he "retires".

The fact that you claim physical fitness is a matter of looks shows just how little you know.
Comparing Obama to Trump is deceiving. Obama is not running for president, Clinton is, and the last time we saw her she was fainting and had to be taken to a hospital.

The president hits gym six days in a week and doesn’t miss even a single day of workout. He frequently alternates his workouts. For instance, if he practices cardio workouts for one day, next day he will play basketball. His alterations also vary according to upper and lower body workouts.

For doing cardio-workouts, he runs on treadmills or elliptical for 15 minutes. His workout routine has two days reserved for cardio-workouts and four days for weight training. Obama has an access to gym and basketball court in White house itself.

The man’s jam-packed schedule doesn’t let him withdraw more than 45 minutes for workouts in a day. Though Obama wishes, he would be overwhelmed if he had got 90 minutes for workouts. Obama feels that workouts are the best way to bring harmony between your body and mind.

Obama understands the relationship between balanced diet and workouts. He maintains distance from junk and unhealthy foods. His diet consists of foods rich in fiber such as fresh vegetables and fruits, calcium, protein, chicken, and folic acid.

Barack Obama made a beautiful contrast to the bloated, overfed Trump.

Hillary Clinton withstood 11 hours of questioning during the last Benghazi hearing. General Petraeus fainted during his hearing.

Hillary also maintained a grueling schedule while fighting pneumonia and was back on the campaign trail in 3 days. And she's 68.

Donald Trump has not released, like Hillary has, a detailed medical report. Since he hasn't done so, we can only guess that it is because he's not as fit as he brags he is. He's probably lying, because that's what he does about everything. Including his non-release of his taxes.

I wish I had a dime for every health nut that died before 50. You deceive yourself if you think you can judge health by physical looks. I remember the guy that died ON Dick Cavett's show - He was a health nut who was promoting his book on Dick's show when he died right on the live set. He was under 50. Health has more to do with what you put in your body than how great your muscles look.

Trump has said he likes to eat fast food. Tell us about putting fast-food burgers and chicken in your body. He said loves Kentucky Fried Chicken, which is soaking in salt.

Health is a combination of your DNA and your life style.

Healthy people sometimes die younger than the severely overweight. Genetics and random chance do play a role. But relatively-rare exceptions don't invalidate the rule.

Anyone who could look at these pictures of Trump and Obama and not realize they reveal an enormous disparity in physical health is delusional. Some things can't be hidden. (I'm almost exactly the same age as President Obama and, like most men my age, could only dream of being in such good shape.) I long ago realized that the reason why Trump almost always wears a suit is that those outfits de-emphasize his weight. No doubt they're tailored to do so -- a man of his wealth and vanity would have the best that money could buy when it came to flattering his appearance. When you see him in casual clothes, it's startling how fat he is. There's no way that such a degree of overweight is anything less than severely unhealthy. Combined with his age and a high-fat and high-sodium diet, it's a disaster waiting to happen.

There's no similar evidence of ill health in Hillary's case, wingnut fantasies aside. Even a young and healthy person subject to the same stresses of campaigning might well contract pneumonia, and be similarly debilitated by it.

But I guess rejecting all objective evidence is what we should expect from those who also deny evolution and anthropogenic global warming.

Trump is a liar on almost everything having to do with him and his Trump empire. I would also guess that his health reports are fictional as well. If anyone needs to understand what health risks Trump faces, just look at the photos.
