On October 1, Trump said...

 *SEE BELOW, PLEASE.

"I don't believe we'll ever have a fair election again."

This is how countries abandon democratic norms and turn themselves over to strongmen dictators -- authoritarians who say "Only I can fix it!"

And just to be clear, Trump did NOT question the 2016 election that he won. He did, however, warn his cultists that if he lost, that would mean that the election was rigged. Trump said the same thing in 2020. The election is rigged when he loses; the election is fair when he wins.

"It's not only our faith in the election process that is at stake here. It is our very ability to discern fact from fiction. there was NEVER any evidence of a rigged election as sure as there is no evidence that the Earth is flat." -- Gordon Brooks

Cultists don't know they're in a cult. And this is a dangerous, anti-democratic cult, led by a messianic crook:

PS: Can anyone name one policy Donald Trump has articulated at his rallies that tells his cultists how he would lower food costs? Lower energy costs? Help Americans with health care costs?

All Trump offers his cultists are grievances, whining about the election he lost, calling people names, and telling his gullibles how great he is.

Like the GQP, there is no plan, no policy, no vision for America -- just lies and support for other liars running for political office.

Drill baby drill.

Trump has been very forceful that we need to make drilling by oil companies easier and less regulated.

Of course we can disagree on the effects, but it certainly was the view of his admin.

With the price of a gallon of gas over 7 bucks out west in some areas, the cost of petrol is probably the biggest driver of inflation.

As for Herschel... wow.

Here's the uneducated view from the peanut gallery...

"I don’t think Herschel was a brain, but he was strongly pro America and his opponent is a destructive lib. Very sad for Georgia.
I wonder if the won [sic] is in that terrible pain from his father or he got paid BIG TIME to tweet that.."

First, of course the extremists would vote for an admittedly dumb guy, because survey after survey shows that extremist voters are an enchilada short of a #9 Combo plate at the local Mexican restaurant.

Second, Warnock is not pro America? Let me just ask this... Is there any way in the extremist mind for a person not supporting Trump, to be pro America?

And finally dear Mrs. Extremist... it's not just Walker's son. It's the woman who Walker paid to get an abortion. And yes, the Daily Beast, where the story broke, has the receipts for the abortion, the card from Walker that contained the check and a copy of that check written to the clinic.

But you'd never know that because it wasn't on most of FOX News.

And you either missed or are ignoring the Hannity segment last night where he confronted Walker on all of this.

That's what happens when you choose to insulate yourself from the real world and stay on the range, where seldom is heard a discouraging word... or truth.

BTW... we should add that Walker has now pulled out of the debate with Warnock.

Gotta wonder why...

Maybe a guy who supports an abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest or the life of a mother, yet pays to get one for his booty call partner has something to do with it.

Racist resentment and hatred is their ideology. Cruelty is always the point. They are fascists by any measure.

"Just don't compare them Nazis" howl the fools who failed to learn from history.

OK, fine. Let's not call authoritarian Nationalist Christians Nazis. Let's just call them "Nat-Cs" for short.

Defining Donald J. Trump...

63. A fool who knows his foolishness is wise at least to that extent, but a fool who thinks himself wise is a fool indeed.

64. Though all his life a fool associates with a wise man, he no more comprehends the Truth than a spoon tastes the flavor of the soup.

65. Though only for a moment a discerning person associates with a wise man, quickly he comprehends the Truth, just as the tongue tastes the flavor of the soup.

Dhammapada

And thas just for starters!

66. Fools of little wit are enemies unto themselves as they move about doing evil deeds, the fruits of which are bitter.

69. So long as an evil deed has not ripened, the fool thinks it as sweet as honey. But when the evil deed ripens, the fool comes to grief.

70. Month after month a fool may eat his food with the tip of a blade of grass, but he still is not worth a sixteenth part of the those who have comprehended the Truth.

71. Truly, an evil deed committed does not immediately bear fruit, like milk that does not turn sour all at once. But smoldering, it follows the fool like fire covered by ashes.

72. To his own ruin the fool gains knowledge, for it cleaves his head and destroys his innate goodness.

From the Captain of the Mother Ship:

"I don’t think Herschel was a brain, but he was strongly pro America and his opponent is a destructive lib."

That woman never seeks information beyond her prejudices. She stays comfortably within her little circle of ignorance.

Here is verifiable information about Rev. Warnock, whom she calls a "destructive lib:"

Rev.Warnock has found commonality with Ted Cruz and Tom Tillis on bills to benefit Americans , and is considered a moral leader by fellow Senators who he hasn't divided but tried to bridge differences.

MORE HERE.

Sad to say that it is people like her and her fellow sailors that have contributed to the mess this country is in. They absolutely disregard objective truths all in service to Party over Country mindset. It's shameful.

Thanks for posting. Too bad so many don't read such wisdom.

Believing that any Republican would denounce Herschel Walker ignores the fact that logic, character, and reason no longer apply to these profoundly damaged sociopaths.

So abortion is murder, but murder is okay for a senate seat? Is that the argument now?

What can the president do to adjust, or lower prices of any commodity, or the employment numbers? Yet we hold him responsible for those issues. Capitalists set prices and control employment, and they are not going to give up profits just because people are having a hard time paying. Is it supply and demand that set pricing? The biggest effect the government has on pricing is the Federal Reserve when it raises or lowers interest rates.
