The video in this post illustrates how ignorant and uninformed so many of our fellow Americans are. And they all support Trump.
Trump did say that he loved the poorly educated.
And they love him.
At first one might giggle at how uninformed and misinformed MAGAs are, but it’s more of a tragedy than a farce.
Ignorance and disinformation, spread by the likes of FAUX NOOZ and Newsmax, have greatly contributed to this and kept these unfortunate MAGAs in the Trump cult. .
I don't giggle at these clips, haven't for a while because these are the very same voters who earnestly told the reporters that they must save the children from the pedophile LGBTQA+ community.
Now we've all witnessed how #NotADragQueen has turned out for them. For those not following along, there have been a plethora of pastors, assistant pastors, priests, ministers, youth ministers, and other humans in positions of authority in religious institutions who've been credibly arrested, charged, and convicted of sexual assault against minors. How do I know the LGBTQA+ community isn't doing the same? Because NewsMax, Fox, ADF, and Tony Perkins would not shut up about whomever was arrested. Their silence speaks volumes.
All that said I should be livid with these no-knowledge humans but instead I'm devastated because these folks have been bamboozled. They have been lied to so much that they can't believe reality. That makes me angry at those who knew better but decided their ego and pocket book was more important than the facts.
I am terrified of the young one who confidently said there was no way Derek Chauvin was kneeling on George Floyd's neck even though he admitted to not watching the video.
I watched the video. I saw his life leave his body. The humans who deny his murder are in my eyes equally as guilty as Mr. Chauvin. The clip mentioned race more than once. It is all about race and how the white race in general isn't inclined to share the American Pie. Either we share it willingly or it will be taken from us and we may not like what crumbs are left by our new overlords. Just saying history is filled with stories of what happens to past oppressors and none of it is pretty.
My vote it to avoid all that by learning to share. (ducks and hides because historically this kind of advocacy results in pitchforks and torches as I'm called the racist for pointing out the hypocrisy and bigotry)
A good friend of mine subscribes to the Freedom From Religion organization's newsletter, and every month they list the pastors, priests, mullahs, and other clergy who've been arrested for molesting and sexually abusing children.
I've yet to see ANYTHING about a drag queen in those reports.
The MAGA politicians and their followers have defamed drag queens for political purposes. Children are more likely to be in more sexual danger with trusted family members and friends, clergy, and boy scout/girl scout leaders than drag queens.
My favorite was the last clip, because it is so emblematic of what I hear from MAGA supporters and extreme conservatives.
A guy says the George Floyd thing was all a "set up". He then says the cop didn't have his knee on Floyd's neck.
Remember, we've all seen the video of the cop with his knee on Floyd's neck.
So the "reporter" asks the man of he's seen the video, you know, the one that shows the cop with his knee on Floyd's neck, and the guy says, wait for it... "No, I did not see the video".
That is where we are.
We have a largely uninformed segment of society in America that is choosing to ignore reality so as to not to upset their warped view of America. And... they are actively keeping their children ignorant of reality as well through laws prohibiting teaching lessons that might upset their kids or provoke guilt, such as the reasons behind the Civil War and the different examples of systemic racism evidenced in US History.
Then, they remove "offensive" books, material and teachers from schools and libraries so kids can't accidentally stumble upon the truth either.
They are so indoctrinated and brainwashed they must deny what their own eyes see. The murder of Floyd and the storming of the Capitol either "never happened" or was committed by "feds and antifa".
The willfully ignorant and poorly educated dupes will always deny what the rest of us have seen plain as day. A cult always lets its leader define their reality for them. They really are the greatest domestic threat to our democracy.

It's a pure and simple case of the MAGA 's desire for a return to days of Father Knows Best and Leave it to Beaver. So, out the window goes common sense in the pursuit of chasing their attachment to a "reality" that never really was.
