Trump lies about everything.

Is it dementia or more shameless lying?

"At one point during his shindig last night [in New Hampshire], Donald actually had the nerve to declare to the crowd that not a single, solitary member of the House nor the Senate voted to have him impeached, removed from office, or charged with his crimes.

'In the House, we won 196 to nothing, and then we got three Democrats,' Trump declared matter-of-factly from his podium — evidently having absolutely no clue that the House of Representatives consists of 435 members of Congress, the majority of which absolutely voted in favor of impeaching his ass and ultimately succeeded. "

The White House tweeted out a photo of Trump standing alongside McGee, among the last survivors of the famed group of African-American air corps personnel whose valor helped speed racial integration in the military after World War II.

But that wasn’t enough to wash away the stain of granting Limbaugh the nation’s highest civilian honor.

We might be quibbling on the promotion. Type in Trump promotes Charles McGee and you'll get a mountain of hits from many different sources, almost all with the heading Trump Promotes.

I think technically Congress had to approve it, but in the past, we've allowed presidents to say they "promoted" people in the military.

Now... none of that excuses your headline that Trump Lies About Everything!

Maybe not everything, but plenty. Like Social Security. And Medicaid. In his campaign he promised not to cut Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid. Now apparently, Medicaid is on the block and the WH has stopped saying it will not be cut. He also, in 2016 promised, in a few weeks, almost immediately, that we'd get a better health care plan than Obamacare and it would protect preexisting conditions, cost less and be better for Americans.

Of course we're still waiting.

Here's the relevant quotes...

"I was the first & only potential GOP candidate to state there will be no cuts to Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid”

“I am going to take care of everybody … Everybody’s going to be taken care of much better than they’re taken care of now.”

“We’re going to have insurance for everybody,... There was a philosophy in some circles that if you can’t pay for it, you don’t get it. That’s not going to happen with us.”

“I am going to take care of everybody. Everybody’s going to be taken care of..."

"We are going to be submitting, in a couple of weeks, a great healthcare plan"

All lies... everyone of them.

Not mistakes, not a single lie, but multiple lies. Designed to confuse the American people.

The Democratic candidates are severely underplaying this Social Security issue when it should be their leading pitch. "The Republicans are coming for your Social Security... all of them. That's what they all want. Vote for Republicans, lose your Social Security..." Ad nauseum.

Trump has given them a banquet and they're just nibbling around the edges. Dig in!

You know it’s really hard to say how really insane the deep state has been… I don’t take my news from the MSM anymore…. I look up the facts and don’t reply on anyone’s facts…. I’ve been around 55 years so I have witnessed a lot of what the left call facts and know first hand a lot of what has really happened in our USA and the world

Lonny: . "I look up the facts and don’t reply on anyone’s facts"

This seems to be a contradiction. If you look up facts, those facts are someone's facts, right? But then you say you don't rely on anyone's facts. Which facts do you rely on?

bluzdude Trump PROMISED he wouldn't touch Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.

Another lie. His budget proposes BILLIONS of $$$$ cut from those programs and BILLIONS of $$$ more for the military.

The ones who will suffer the most are the people in the poor southern states who support him.

Hey skud:

Trump’s First 3 Years Created 1.5 Million Fewer Jobs Than Obama’s Last 3

New Labor Department statistics show that despite Trump’s repeated boasts, job creation was a lot higher during Barack Obama’s final years.

You raise several interesting points in this and in your previous blogs.. Perhaps the most important of them is that we are individuals rather than merely members of a race. As you point out, today many will call it racist to deny any notion of white guilt, that is collective guilt based on race. That would imply Martin Luther King was speaking as a white supremacist when he called for people to be judged by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin. I’m old enough to remember when he gave that speech and I can say that not many people thought of Dr. King as a white supremacist at the time. I wonder what he would have thought about that

Hey Ray, tough to have a million plus jobs when the unemployment is so low and participation is flat.

Regarding SS. This is the same line the democrats have played before. Republicans pushing grannie's wheel chair off a cliff. You do need new stuff.

BB... Drunk Lady is just a copy and paste of the Captain's comments over at the Mother Ship. Nothing original there to get worked up about.

Shaw... well, it looks like the anonymous poseurs have moved on a little from you. Thanks to SS, and his inability to have an original thought, or respond directly to a post, I'm being copied, pasted and insulted everywhere.

Such a sincere sign of flattery.

What a joke!

Dave I thought "D.L." was a copy and paste job. But I let it go to see if anyone else saw this. This sort of thing happens to me as well.

Just keep in mind that people like "S.S." are Trump supporters. There's not much going on upstairs.
