Rob Porter: Trump's Kind of Guy

UPDATE BELOW

OH MY!

#45 is a man with no morals, so it is not surprising that he would have surrounded himself with low-life villians to advise him and to serve in his administration. The latest scandal is just another brick in Trump's wall of  reprobates that he built around the people's White House.

We're disgusted with Trump and Kelly for covering up for a wife beater and allowing him to serve in a sensitive position, staff secretary, that allowed Porter to see highly classified, even top secret material when he could have been subjected to blackmail because of his felonious past.

General Kelly once said that women were sacred and should be put on a pedestal.

I wonder if he meant before or after they were punched in the face.

Wife beater Rob Porter's ex-wife

Go read this piece on why Rob Porter is Donald Trump's kind of guy.

UPDATE:

Another wife beater resigns from Donald Trump's administration.

Yesterday, Trump defended Rob Porter, his staff secretary who resigned in disgrace because of his wife beating history. In his comments praising Porter and reminding everyone that Porter denied the allegations, Trump never, not once, said a word about domestic violence. Not. One. Word.

I'll just leave that there for everyone to think about.

A second White House aide, speechwriter David Sorensen, has resigned amid past domestic abuse allegations, which he denies, WaPo reports.

"The Trump administration suffers from a singularly morally bankrupt strain of this tribalism, in which loyalty to President Trump is prized above all else and failings are ignored, especially failings that echo those of the president himself." http://wapo.st/2EnvbBJ?tid=ss_tw&utm_term=.8afdcce16a8d

“If I could find more people like him, I would hire them,” said Hatch, describing Porter as “basically a good person.”

And that's where today's Republican Party is.

They all seem to be cut from the same cloth and at this point I suspect everyone in the administration of similar crimes by association. More evidence would be nice, but aiding and abetting is a good start.

The real Rob Porter scandal is not the abuse allegations. It is his lack of a permanent very high security clearance.

Kevin, "And that's where today's Republican Party is."

No kidding. And this is why: Terrifying British Study Shows Trump Supporters Are Now Basically Unreachable

British researchers from Oxford University have proved definitively that Trump supporters share more "junk" political news over Twitter and Facebook "than all other groups combined".

Also, a commenter here at P.E. passed along a comment from a Trump cultist that brushed off the Rob Porter wife beating story as "a small problem," and suggested it may not even be true because it's old news!

Trump was prescient when he said during his campaign that he could shoot someone in the middle of 5th Avenue and still not lose his base. But that's not what supporters are; that's the perfect definition of cultists. They are impervious to facts and reality and are locked into the worship of a cult leader. In this case, an immoral, mendacious creep.

Jono, this latest scandal reveals yet another lapse in morality by the Trump administration. How many more can our country withstand?

Jerry, I get that. But it is also shocking that Kelly (and Hatch) would stick by someone like Porter to the bitter end. They're like Trump cultist who place political agenda over everything else.

I hope they sanitize the scissors after cutting that cloth, for sure.

The modern Republican Party is now the party of Adulterers, scam artists, pedophiles, felons, and wife beaters! LOL! What a cesspool.

And this one too....

I saw this on the BBC and thought you should see it:

dmarks, I heard about that. One wonders why so many wife beaters are attracted to Trump and his administration.

Anonymous, Don't forget, the GOP is the party of family values. What a joke.

John Kelly is a liar (his timeline does not stand up to scrutiny) and a defender of domestic abuse. However, he works in a WH that is okay with this, and all the other Chaos, so long as no one in the press knows about it. But we know about a few cases now. So naturally, there’s shock shock, SHOCK! about the gambling going on in this casino!

The GOP has been taken over by a seedy bunch of lawless antiAmerican goons. I hope Mueller hurries up and gets rid of all of them.

UNSURPRISING NEWS: Anti-Putin activist Konstantin Sinitsyn found murdered

You remember Putin, he's the strongman Trump and his supporters admire. The guy who kills the opposition. Trump's supporters wish trump would do the same to Hillary. They are America's own fascists!

At this place in time isn't it likely tRump and his supporters would target Mueller. You know eliminate those who can actually hurt you.

Ducky's here said...

He was supposed to make the trains run on time

Looks like President Happy Hands and his merry band of gropers and beaters is too much for enabler Kelly to manage.

Was it the "DEEP STATE" who beat the crap out of Trumps goons wives? Trump is devastated! Not for the women of course but for the poor guys whose lives are ruined! Why should their lives be ruined just for punching women in the face?. It doesn't seem fair to the POTUS. tRump never had to lose a job when he beat up Ivana and did god knows what to Melania. The POTUS is a he-manly man who picks on women who are not his own size. Now if he would have punched Sarah Huckabee Sanders, that at least would have been a fair fight, eh?

Shaw, I'm sure there are many good people who beat their wives...

At least in Trumplandia...
