"I'll Keep You In Suspense."

Donald Trump Confirms At Third Debate He Is A Domestic Insurrectionist
By Jonathan Chait

"I'll keep you in suspense."

Donald Trump's  answer to the question of whether or not he'd accept the results of the November presidential election.

First time in America's history a candidate refused to say he'd accept the outcome of our presidential election.

Sorry, Donnie, you just threw 240 years of our American heritage in the toilet.

The voters will remember.

And women voters will remember the moment when you leaned into the mic and called Hillary "Such a nasty woman."

Donald Trump continued his championship lying when he lied about knowing Vladimir Putin.

Hillary was clearly the winner. She had substantive answers, was dignified, and knew what she was talking about.

Trump confirmed once again that he is unfit to be POTUS.

 PM Carpenter:

"Trump and the proverbial whimper, not a bang

There is nothing else left to say (although that won't stop me). Last night was also the last little flicker of Trump's magic lamp; the finishing bamboozlement of a dying party; the closing and dimmest breach of respectable American politics since the demagogic rot of antebellum Democrats. No fat lady need sing on November 8th, for last night's operatic tragicomedy was dispositive."

"Was it shocking — or "breathtaking," as the Washington Post's editorial board frames it this morning — that this infantile clown again refused to endorse democracy's upcoming verdict? Of course not. This was but another tantrum of the toddler Trump, who has never exceeded the political unseriousness of his developmentally arrested followers. And so Trump & Friends flickers out, the GOP dies, and a fresh Lost Cause is born unto the walking dead."

It was a shameful display of anti-Americanism. I knew Drumpf would 'go low', but he burrowed into the center of the planet last night. We all still need to get out and vote but it's sure looking like a wave to me! Now the question is: What will Drumpf and his minions do after he is soundly defeated? If they think for a second that they'll be able to intimidate us, they are as mistaken as they are stupid.

HYPOCRISY AT IT’S FINEST!
The Libs, and the Liberal media are jumping all over Trump for saying he will not make a pre-election declaration that he will stick to the results of the up-coming election, which is a smart mover considering how crooked and fraught with voter fraud the DNC's Primaries were...

But just last week Democrats had to prove they are STILL stuck decades in the past while Hillary demonstrated she STILL doesn't accept the Presidential election results from 2000!

"While Gore tried to stress the importance of voting he referenced his loss to George W. Bush in 2000. As the crowd begins chanting “YOU WON! YOU WON!” Watch Mrs. Clinton smile and nod in agreement."

Unless she was suddenly doing her impression of a BOBBLE-HEAD Hillary was nodding in agreement that she still thinks the Global Warming Pied Piper won the 2000 election.

Hillary and Gore are not alone, though! It is my belief that the vast majority of rabidly partisan liberals are STILL stuck in the past, still hung up on FLORIDA, where a lot of their hostility and hatred for Bush still comes from. They have not been able to move on from it....as the scene at the Hillary Rally, led by Al Gore, shows.

Clearly Florida was NOT stolen in 2000. BUT HILLARY NODDING LIKE A BOBBING HEAD SAID THAT SHE STILL BELIEVES GORE WON IN 2000 IS JUST A LITTLE BIT OF THE EXISTING LIBERAL HYPOCRISY.

Just last week Hillary said that Gore ‘won’ 2000 election !

I must say that Hillary's debate prep team was brilliant.
Not only did she remain focused and factual but she managed to get under his skin, something his opponents in the primary couldn't accomplish.

"Bad hombres" , "nasty woman" --- the guy doesn't learn, he's just a vile vulgarian.
The unfortunate possibility is that this clown will not fade gracefully into obscurity. Which may be a blessing if he continues to be a force delegitimizing the current Republican party.

Your comment is a perfect illustration of why the Trumpistas support Donnie Little Hands:

Last night, Donald Trump went against all of presidential American history by petulantly refusing to say that he would accept the winner of the coming presidential election. He demonstrated that he is willing to FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE a centerpiece of our uniquely American democracy: A peaceful and orderly transferring of power from one president to the next and that he rejects what is so vital to our democracy.

With you idiotic comparison, you reveal you know next to nothing, because if Hillary did nod her head (I've not see what you refer to) when people yelled that Al Gore won, she was nodding her head as a private citizen, not the loser of a presidential race.

That you don't see the enormous difference in this is just more proof that a lot -- not all-- of Trump's supporters are ignorant jackasses.

And I mean that in the nicest way.

In case you're interested, the Right's spin seems to be: What about Al Gore contesting the 2000 election?

Shaw Kenawe said...

Kevin, I think I covered most of that ridiculous argument in my answer to "Dave."

There really was a problem with the 2000 election because of the vote count in Florida. But Donnie Little Hands is saying if he loses that means the election was rigged.

As Hillary so deftly put it, Donnie Little Hands says EVERYTHING is rigged if he loses. Even the loss of an Emmy award for his reality teevee show. He mentioned "rigging" during the primary race.

Donnie is SORELOSERMAN personified. He's a schoolyard wimpy little crybaby. And he's going to lose to a woman! That's the sweetest revenge of all.

Shaw Kenawe said...

Bluebull, I think I heard the entire country, except for Donnie's supporters, gasp when he made the statement that he'd keep the country in suspense should he lose the election.

Jerry Critter, Hillary won all three debates. Donnie read the Drudge Report's unscientific poll and declared himself the winner. What a jackass.

Ducky: "...the guy doesn't learn, he's just a vile vulgarian.
The unfortunate possibility is that this clown will not fade gracefully into obscurity." You're correct. Donnie Little Hands will be around for a long time. I understand his son-in-law has already begun to set up a Trump TV entity so he can whine and complain endlessly about how he was cheated out of a sure win. The TeaPublicans own this disaster of a failure of a jackass forever!

POLITICS FOX News: Trump Committed Political Suicide At The Debate by C. Krauthammer

"Americans across the country agree on one thing, Republican nominee Donald Trump’s refusal to accept election results in advance is a fatal error. Pulitzer prize winning conservative opinion columnist Charles Krauthammer described it succinctly on Fox News as “political suicide,” but not before elaborating on why Trump’s horrifying refusal to accept election results cannot ever be spun or talked down for the rest of the 2016 campaign:

This was not a gaffe. Where you say something off the cuff and it’s what you think, but its wrong. You know that [Trump had] been coached on this. You know that his Vice President said, ‘of course, we will accept the result’ and his campaign manager, and his daughter, and you know that [Trump]’s convinced that this is something he wants to take a stand on.”

“The calculation: this is political suicide.”

This is from Digby's blog (on my blog list) and it's relevant to what the commenter "Dave" wrote above:

To those Trump surrogates who are using Al Gore and the 2000 election as their precedent: Please. Gore did not spend the month before the election telling millions of people that George W. Bush was a criminal and shouldn’t have been allowed to run. The state of Florida’s laws kicked in an automatic recount and when the whole process was finished, he graciously accepted the results. Since Donald Trump doesn’t have a gracious bone in his body, it’s highly doubtful we can expect the same, even if he loses in a landslide.

Unfortunately, the right has killed off another important American democratic norm. Soon there won’t be any left, not even for them.

Jerry Critter said...

A nod of the head indicates agree with the statement that Gore won. It does not indicate the fact that she does not accept that Bush was declared the winner. Gore , himself, graciously conceded the election to Bush. End of story.

Jerry, the wingnuts will reach back in time to find any excuse to justify the jackass they chose for the presidency, no matter how dumb the comparison is. And to compare Hillary nodding her head in 2000 over what what the people were shouting to what Trump -- a presidential candidate -- said -- that he would not accept the outcome of the election is just plain nuts.

Such a pity that your blog does not follow the idea of free speech. I know it is YOUR blog, but like a typical Blood sucking Liberal you never allow dissenting opinions, but you'd rather just make fun of anyone who has any.

Hello "Donna,"

I am under no obligation to let my blog be overrun by trolls. You've never left a comment here before, so I'm guessing you're a troll who's using a fake name. But if you're capable of leaving a reasonable comment, it will be published. But calling a blog owner a "Blood sucking Liberal" is not a way to get published.

Thank you. And have a nice day.

Shaw, "Donna Burkheart" is a troll who comments at the right wing blogs, and "Donna" is a guy. Won't it be grand when Trump is politically smashed to pieces on November 8 and men like "Donna" are run out of town with their tails between their legs? At this point in the election, even Texas might be in play for Hillary. She may have the biggest landslide in the history of American politics.

I love that "Nasty" woman!

Donna said...

It must be great to be a "mind reading " Blood sucking Liberal like Skippys Mom. And know so much about me, and my being a man is very interesting.
You people are so foolish, as well as stupid.
Sorry I bothered you with my first comment.

How dare Trump refuse to accept the will of the people… Just like Al Gore did in 2000?

Oh, Wait. Al Gore did accept the will of the people with grace and dignity.

Any time a wingnut opens his mouth, you know he's either lying or trying to rewrite history. And that's what they have to do to excuse the walking disaster that is Trump who is having a great time destroying the Republican Party.

Bluebull said...

"Donna" sounds like every other empty headed right winger who infests other blogs. I think they all share the same brain cell.

HRC was the dignified and knowledable candidate. Yet she effectively taunted and rankled a bewildered tRump with a semblance of class.

The question being asked is: Was Trump somehow coached to shed his entertainer image for this last debate?

Possibly. So he came off as a somber, unsmiling assh*le. The worst kind.

Jerry Critter said...

Half the time it looked like Trump was falling asleep with a big frown on his face. Also, he must have done less coke than the first two debates. He was sniffing less. Or, maybe they just changed his meds.

Ray Cranston: Al Gore did accept the will of the people with grace and dignity.

Actually, the "will of the people" was electing Al Gore. Remember, he won the popular vote. And he won in FL as well, but (as we all know) the Supreme Court stopped the recount and appointed gwb.

I actually agree with Trump. The election is totally rigged. Not in the way he's say, though. The election is actually rigged in his favor via election fraud. As opposed to voter fraud (as Trump claims), which is virtually non-existent.

This condemnation from the Left of Trump's rigging allegations is dangerous, IMO. The Left is now condoning all future election fraud the Right can rig. I predict they'll take advantage of the permission they're being given now.
