If 58% of republicans support Trump is is reasonable to believe they would support Hitler? I think we know the answer. Because Trump supports his ideology and he is now openly quoting Hitler's stated beliefs.

That's a good question.
Trump stated in the video in this post that Africans and Asians are "poisoning the blood of our country." He's said it more than once during his anti-democracy rallies.
Trump has also, once again, shown us his rank ignorance. The continent of Africa includes 57 countries, including South Africa. Elon Musk was born in Pretoria, South Africa, and came to this country, so we have to deduce from Trump's speech at his recent rally, that he believes people like Musk are "poisoning the blood of our country."
It may be that Trump is so ignorant that he believes only Black people live in Africa and he associates the name of the continent, "Africa" with Black people. His words certainly express that.
Also, people from Asia? They're poisoning "the blood of our country," according to Trump, the racist. Has someone told Yo Yo Ma? I.M. Pei? Seiji Ozawa? Vera Wang? Michelle Wu? Shohei Otani? Because Trump is egregiously ignorant, chances are he's never heard of these people who themselves or their parents have contributed to the "blood of our country."
When people say what they think and tell you who they are, believe them.
There is no doubt in my mind, when I hear ANYONE say the words that Trumps says again and again, that he is an EVIL man.
And anyone planning on voting for him is complicit in supporting that evil.
The colonial patriarchal European mentality the Trump party espouses is certainly a virulent egotistical evil. And the majority of republicans, a sizable US minority, support it.
Trump excels at ignorance. In his delusions he's a real "winner".
Those ignorant of history are doomed to repeat it.
If someone says he would be a dictator and talks like a neo-Nazi, he IS a neo-Nazi.

Former President Donald Trump on Saturday quoted Russian President Vladimir Putin to attack President Joe Biden as a “threat to democracy” and doubled down on language condemned for its ties to White supremacist rhetoric, saying at a campaign event in New Hampshire that immigrants are “poisoning the blood of our country.”
“Joe Biden is a threat to democracy. He’s a threat,” he told supporters at a rally in Durham, New Hampshire. “Even Vladimir Putin … says that Biden’s — and this is a quote – ‘politically motivated persecution of his political rival is very good for Russia because it shows the rottenness of the American political system, which cannot pretend to teach others about democracy.’”
Trump also praised two other authoritarian foreign leaders, calling Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban “highly respected” and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un “very nice.”
When evil tells you who they are, BELIEVE THEM. Trump is one definition of absolute human evil.
Last night in Reno, the former president complained that unlike the J6 people who are sitting in jail, the people responsible for setting fire to the police station in Minnesota, supposedly leftwing activists, in the George Floyd protests runs free.
Newsflash... that's a lie.
Four people have been charged in that, all are in jail and, wait for it... all are right wing Trump sympathizers from the Boogaloo Bois...
Maybe some of our conservative buddies can explain why Trump would lie about.

Trump is a documented liar. And it's pretty evident that his cultists either don't care that he lies or they don't have the intellect to KNOW that he's lying. Either way, that's a disaster, because that means huge numbers of Americans don't know when an evil person is lying to them. Therefore, they'll believe anything he/she says.
But the lies about who set fire to the police station in Minnesota he told at the Reno rally pale in comparison to the rhetoric he's let loose lately during his rallies.
He's echoed Adolph Hitler's words about nonwhite races (African and Asian) "poisoning the blood of our country," and labeling Liberals as "vermin."
These words were used to dehumanize European Jews and others, and those words were responsible for 6 million+ deaths.
Words have consequences.
I'm pretty sure that during the 2024 election cycle, we'll see videos of Trump saying such anti-human things, and I'm pretty sure Trump's cultists, like the 'Good Germans,' won't care.

It's my guess that she and her followers don't even know that Trump talks like Hitler.

Well, I can say for sure the Captain of the Mothership has frequently talked about how mad Trump speaks and his egoism...

The problem is this. She found bad language and a huge ego disqualifier for Obama. Frequently she complained how much everything was all about him and how many times he said I, or mine when talking about his administration.
We need a humble strong leader she said.
But then came Trump and the disconnect. Now apparently those behaviors are not disqualifying.
It's like this other gut I read. If Biden lies, it disqualifies him from the presidency, because why he asks, would anyone vote for a liar.
But when confronted about Trump, all those lies just become "campaign rhetoric."
So they know Shaw. They are just choosing to be willfully ignorant.

Trump's values: Serial adulterer, liar, cheated people out of money he owed them, scammed people with his fake University, convicted of tax fraud, stole top secret government documents, incited an insurrection against his own government, found liable for rape, and called fallen American soldiers "losers and suckers," as written down by Trump's own Chief of Staff, John Kelly -- whose son was killed in action.
Did she mean those values? Those are Trump's values -- who he is and how he treats people, and the sailors on the Mother Ship admire his values?
Can ANYONE explain that?
