From Bannon's Book, "The Fire and the Fury"

The far right Evangelical Christians do not believe moral character counts in electing a president. This is the person they support:

How much to believe that comes from a conspiracy theorist with an axe to grind?

Just sayin... Bannon IMNHO is as bad and maybe worse than tRump.

Shaw Kenawe said...

RN, I had read this about Trump somewhere else from the guy who ghosted one of Trump's first books. Apparently Trump bragged to the author about this sort of sordid behavior.

You're correct that Bannon is worse, and that's because he's smarter than Trump.

As it stands right now, and if Trump keeps his promises, only the Lord himself coming down from the heavens could beat Trump. I've said that from day one. His promises were so bold and just the antidote that so many Americans know they need that if he gets it done, the opposition will have no chance no matter who they run.

Les Carpenter said...

Perhaps so Free Snowcones, but no one knows that and it is likely no one ever will.

Especially if he taunts Kin Jong Un into nuclear war.

BTW, Do you prefer blueberry, strawberry, or cherry juice on your Snowcone?

Les Carpenter said...

In fact Free Snowcones I cannot say. If I were a betting man I'd bet the odds that you have, more than once.

With all the anonymous commenters, and yes, you make yourself an anonymous commenter, no one can be certain. Buts odds are what they are.

I'm betting you have, many times.

"Free Snowcones" has had his two comments of fame here on P.E. No more.

Right now Trump is about 10 points less popular than bleeding hemorrhoids and Snowcone believes that will get him re elected? That's if Mueller doesn't impeach his fat orange ass before 2020. LOL!

They know a madman sits in the Oval Office, but they don't have the balls to say so in public. In any other administration of our history, patriotic people of both parties would be meeting to seriously discuss his removal from office. But they fear the lunatic base, Faux News, and the backlash from the "useful idiots" who voted for Trump. And the planet is at stake while they hide behind their gated communities.

Thanks to the WH, the publisher has moved up the release of the book. It's now available tomorrow. Don't know how much of the book is true. According to Wolff, lordy there are tapes, tho.

Shaw Kenawe said...

The book is already #1 on Amazon. And Trump's suing the publisher! Trump is such a snowflake!

Dervish Sanders said...

Apparently "the Russia probe is all about money laundering". This is NOT speculation according to Tim O'Brien, author of "Trump Nation" (comment on MSNBC, which I'm watching as I type this). It's looking to me that Trump should end up in prison, the question is will he? I sure hope so. At the very least I hope he ends up humiliated and forced to resign or be impeached.

And all that...

The excerpt shown seems completely in character for "grab 'em by the pussy" Trump.

Notice how it's impossible to even imagine Obama doing that kind of thing.

Trump suing the publisher to stop the book is a golden gift to Wolff. It will boost sales through the roof as everyone wants to find out what Trump is trying to hide. Incredible that Trump didn't seem to understand that would be the effect.

Dervish: It's looking to me that Trump should end up in prison, the question is will he?

I think it's possible that once all the evidence is out there, a delegation from Congress will meet with Trump in private and tell him there's enough there to put him and maybe Don Jr, Eric, and Ivanka in prison for a very long time -- or he can just resign quietly and everything will be dropped, maybe with a pardon from Pence. Whether he'd go for that, who knows.

.if Trump actually had said when Kim Un said that he had a button on his desk, Trump's response should have been "so what? You have one on your desk? I have one that follows me around and is hooked up to a much larger stockpile than yours".

Would have gotten the point across much better, and it would have not sounded as strange as Trump's comment was.

Shaw Kenawe said...

To Obamaphonrd,

Even if Trump had said what you suggested it STILL would have been insane. No normal leader of a country talks like that. Trump and Kim Jung Un are two peas in a pod: abnormal.

Infidel753, Barack Obama was an educated, dignified statesman. Trump is a con man whose greatest achievements have been in judging beauty contests, participating in WWE shfows, and building casinos that go bankrupt. Also, he enjoyed bedding down other men's wives. This is the man the Evangelicals admire. Apparently he's everything they admire in a Christian.

From PM Carpenter's Carpentariat:

"Axios on Thursday reported that Wolff has “dozens of hours” recorded from his discussions with Bannon and other members of Trump’s administration, and Wolff suggested that the new release date was a direct result of the White House’s attacks."

Never try to fight capitalism in the US. Rump has helped Henry Holt and Wolff to make a financial killing.

Anne J said in reply to Tony...
You would think a successful, big shot like Trump would understand something so basic. Who would have thought that a trust fund baby who didn't have enough business sense to keep a casino open would make a lousy president?

LOL!

Shaw Kenawe said...

Trump and his lawyers tried to block the publication of Michael Wolff's book, "The Fire and the Fury." Every tin-pot dictator's dream. Trump is a tyrant, and a failed one. Last I looked, he has no authority to prevent a book from being published.

Shaw Kenawe said...

The publishers have moved up the release date. Trump's feeble attempt at censorship failed.

Obamaphoned said...

Well that’s why Trump was elected, beck he’d not like any other President . He says what the people want him to say .
And personally I agree, Playing games with these idiotic Dictators got us nowhere with Obama, so why even try?
Perhaps his way IS the right way. Only time will tell.

Obamaphoned said...

Calling him Abnormal or other names only discredits anything you say.

Shaw Kenawe said...

Obamaphoned,

Here's what Trump's OWN PEOPLE IN HIS ADMINISTRATION SAY ABOUT HIM!

Economic Adviser, Gary Cohn: "dumb as shit"

National Security Adviser, H.R. McMaster: "a dope"

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson: "a f***ing moron"

former Deputy Chief of Staff Katie Wash "a child"

Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin
and former Chief of Staff Reince Priebus: "idiot"

Rupert Murdoch: "f***ing idiot"

Is Trump's own administration to be discredited? That's what you say about those who call him names.

Shaw Kenawe said...

Obamaphoned: "He says what the people want him to say ."

Trump has lied more than any other president who's been in office.

"The people" most definitely DO NOT appreciate a pathological liar as president. That's why only 30% of the voting public support him. And you're correct, Trump's not like any other president. Other men who've held that office have been knowledgeable about government, the Constitution, and human decency. Trump has none of those attributes. Not one.

His own people close to him call him an IDIOT -- a f***ing IDIOT.

Wake up from your stupor, Obamaphoned.

Obamaphone said...

Shaw,I don't need your condescending attitude. I came here to debate you and your followers, not to be made a fool of.
So please Go Directly to HELL, and don't come back!

Kevin Robbins said...

Free OPhone certainly has thin skin. I don't see what he's calling condescending. Just want to point out that he came here with a nom du internet that reflects a bit of classic wingnut nonsense about the former president supposedly handing out phones. I never paid much attention so don't know the details. In any case, his "handle" is designed to instigate. The responses to him seemed polite and to the point.

Shaw Kenawe said...

Kevin, like Trump, his followers are very thin-skinned and believe we're being condescending whenever we cite facts that refute their opinions.

For example, Obamaphone clings to the lie that Mr. Obama gave free cell phone away to welfare recipients.

Q: Has the Obama administration started a program to use "taxpayer money" to give free cell phones to welfare recipients?

A: No. Low-income households have been eligible for discounted telephone service for more than a decade. But the program is funded by telecom companies, not by taxes, and the president has nothing to do with it.

He or she must be an escapee from the blog that must not be named.

Thanks for the info on that, Shaw. Glad to see you survived the bomb cyclone snowstorm.
