This and That Thursday

As Americans continue to vote early and as others head to the polls next Tuesday, keep in mind that the GOP candidate, Donald J. Trump, is scheduled to face court proceedings in child rape and racketeering cases while he is supported by an American terrorist organization.

Unprecedented in American history.

Trump faces two court proceedings while he enjoys the support of an American terrorist organization:

Donald Trump’s KKK stamp of approval: The Klan gives a de facto endorsement to the Trump campaign on the front page of its newspaper The Klan's paper was effusive about "Make America Great Again," as a hopeful return to "a White Christian Republic"

Trump's child rape civil suit is scheduled for December 16:

A federal judge in New York has ordered counsel for Donald Trump and the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein to appear in court along with the attorney for a woman referred to only as “Jane Doe” who alleges the Republican presidential nominee raped her when she was 13.

Judge Ronnie Abrams has slated an initial status conference in the civil lawsuit for 16 December in a New York district court.

The order raises the extraordinary prospect, were Trump to win the 8 November battle for the White House, of counsel for a US president-elect being called into federal court in proceedings relating to allegations of rape of an underage girl.

Federal Judge Rules Trump Must Face Fraud Trial in Trump University Suit

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has been ordered to stand trial in an investigation over fraud and racketeering charges related to Trump University. Federal Judge Gonzalo Curiel — the same judge whom Trump said was biased against him due to the Indiana native’s Mexican ancestry and Trump’s controversial positions on border security — is ordering Trump to stand trial immediately after the election in November as part of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) investigation surrounding Trump University. Judge Curiel denied Trump’s motion for summary judgment in the Cohen v. Trump case, which alleges Trump University was part of a massive racketeering scheme.

Donald Trump and His Russian Pals:

There is basically conclusive evidence that Russia is interfering in the US election, and that this interference has been designed to damage Hillary Clinton’s campaign. There is strong evidence linking Trump’s foreign policy advisers to Russia, and Trump’s stated policy ideas are extremely favorable to Russian interests. You don’t need to construct poorly evidenced conspiracy theories to explain this. There is a confluence of interests between the Kremlin and Donald Trump, and they are, in effect, helping each other.

That is the man the modern Republican Party has chosen to represent them.

Libertarian vice president praises Hillary Clinton:

Bill Weld: "I know her well personally. I know her to be a person of high moral character"

Libertarian vice presidential nominee Bill Weld defended Hillary Clinton Tuesday night, acknowledging an explicit split with his running mate Gary Johnson. Weld, in an interview with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow, said he disagreed with FBI Director James Comey's decision to announce publicly the agency was looking into more Clinton emails just days before the election and defended the Democratic presidential nominee whom he has known for decades. "I'm here vouching for Mrs. Clinton, and I think it's high time somebody did," Weld said.

Clinton leads Trump by 6 points, same as before FBI announcement: Reuters/Ipsos

Hillary Clinton led Republican Donald Trump by 6 percentage points among likely voters, according to a Reuters/Ipsos daily tracking poll released on Wednesday, the same advantage the Democratic presidential nominee held before an FBI announcement that reignited the controversy about her email practices. The Oct. 28-Nov. 1 opinion poll was conducted almost entirely after FBI Director James Comey notified Congress last Friday his agency would examine newly discovered emails that might pertain to Clinton's use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.

WINNERS!

Congrats to the Chicago Cubs!

It is just utterly amazing that about 40% f the electorate support n admitted sexual abuser, accused child rapist, and accused racketeer.

Many of Trump's supporters are so blinded by Hillary hatred, they don't see what an utter disaster of a human being Trump is, and even those who do see him for the sexual predator and grifter, they don't care. They are unhappy people who believe demolishing our country and government will save it. Just like those villages in Vietnam that had to be destroyed in order to safe them.

Being charged with a disgusting crime is not the same as being convicted of a disgusting crime.

We have plenty of proven reasons to know he's disgusting, and plenty of other reasons to not want Trump as president.

Being a Trump supporter means self-lobotomizing, gouging out your eyes, stuffing your ears, and only consuming the propaganda your handlers feed you. Freedom is wasted on Goopers. They belong in a North Korean concrete apartment block where they fall out five times a day for propaganda ingestion and group singalongs praising the Dear Leader Trump. Kim Jong Un praised Trump, and one dictator knows another when he sees one.

How proud the Goopers are to have a sexual predator and an alleged child rapist and racketeer representing their highest ideals. Sometimes I wonder if he's running for president or mafia boss.

Howard, I know Trump hasn't been convicted of a crime, my post is about two pending court cases.

Hillary Clinton hasn't been convicted of any crime either, but that doesn't stop his supporters and Trump from yelling "LOck her up!"

These posts report on the fact that Trump will have to appear in court for a child rape case and a racketeering case.

She also does not have any outstanding court appearances coming up.

All of this assumption of guilt. Howard summed up the situation correctly, being charged and being convicted are two different.
You do realize that -H- is being accused of numerous crimes, not securing confidential information, selling access to a high government official, renting the Lincoln bedroom, illegal commodities trading, putting US soldiers and diplomats in danger for personal gain. These are all accusations but not proven, yet.

You do characterize trump as being disgusting, which he is. How about having a close associate whose husband sends pictures to teenagers of his weiner, or having a singer hump on stage kids in the audience or a president who has rap singers in our house referring to his race a N--gers. Does seem to be a double standard doesn't it to you

Ducky's here said...

Child rape and extortion? Small stuff when you compare it to her deputy chief-of-staff having e-mails.

What were you saying about assumption of guilt, skud.

What is illegal about giving access to the Lincoln bedroom?
Putting diplomats in danger for personal gain? Is that the new Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi spin? Weak.

Are you accusing Clinton of collusion in Anthony Weiner's case? Weak.
Yes, Obama had Jay Z, a major fund raiser, to the Whit House. Is that the best you have?
Better to lead with Vince Foster.

But we hav the goopers presidential candidate scheduled for a court hearing on child rape and you are whining about
some stage act? When does Trumps' extortion trial start?

Child rape and extortion get buried because the press is more concerned that e-mails were found on Hillary's deputy chief of staff's computer and you talk about a double standard?

Shaw Kenawe said...

skud, no one here said Trump is guilty. I reported on upcoming court cases that Trump is involved in. That's not saying anything about guilt. It's stating facts.

Can anyone imagine how the Republicans would have reacted had, say, Barack Obama faced a court appearance for child rape and racketeering while he was running for the presidency???? The outrage would have set off a firestorm worse than the one in Dresden.

Hillary has been accused of crimes by the right, but she is not going to court like Trump is.

skud: "How about having a close associate whose husband sends pictures to teenagers of his weiner,"

Are you serious? How does what Anthony Weiner did or does in the privacy of his own home have anything to do with Hillary? Huma Abedin separated from him. How is Hillary responsible for Weiner's behavior?

If you're talking about guilt by association, let's talk about Trump hiring Paul Manafort to run his campaign this past summer.

FBI Making Inquiry Into Ex-Trump Campaign Manager's Foreign Ties

skud: "...or having a singer hump on stage kids in the audience or a president who has rap singers in our house referring to his race a N--gers."

Skud I'd like you to link to what you suggest above. That singers were humping on stage in front of children or using the word "n***er" while performing in the White House.

If you think using the "N" word in a rap wong is the same as Trump bragging about sexually assaulting women because he's a star, you've got your outrage focused on the wrong thing.

There's no "both-siderism" here.

skudrunner said...

There you go again, trump never said he sexually assaulted women.
Has Beyonce ever performed at the WH, answer is yes
Does she always hump, answer is yes
Were there children in a the audience, answer is yes
Do rappers refer to themselves with the N word, the answer is yes
Have rappers performed in the WH, the answer is yes

I have never accused you of being bipartisan and for you to even suggest I said such a thing about you is wrong.

Shaw Kenawe said...

Did Trump say he sexually assaulted women? Yes he did. And it's on audio tape. .

Comparing performers singing rap songs to Trump bragging about sexually assaulting women is absurd. It's like comparing arson to a parking ticket. Not only did Trump admit to sexual assault (with 12 women accusing him of doing so), but he is also scheduled to appear in court for racketeering and child rape charges.

Let that sink in: RACKETEERING AND CHILD RAPE. This is the creep the Stupids believe will make America great again? Dear Gawd!,

Shaw Kenawe said...

some nitwit sent this to comment moderation:

"Reports show that FBI sources say that the agency is moving towards “likely an indictment” for Hillary Clinton, along with many of her Cronies as well.
Burrr. Bye!"

A FAUX NOOZ airhead just admitted the above is all a lie. But the Stupids lapped it up and passed it along.

Why wouldn't the GOP support a thug like Trump when they're behaving like thugs themselves. Look at how they're using the FBI to influence the election. We're looking more and more like a country being run by Peronistas. Mob rule thug rule brought to us by the GOP.

skudrunner said...

Shae,
RACKETEERING AND CHILD RAPE,, I believe you are incorrect because Monica was over 18. The RACKETEERING is spot on by the clinton crime family.
Still wish we had a better choice because this election the vast majority of voters are voting against not for a candidate . No JC I don't have a link to that data.

No matter which candidate it is going to be a long four years The attacks on -H- will be relentless and the middle class will continue to shrink, keeping BHO's legacy alive of the special interest administration but at least the rich will prosper.

Shaw Kenawe said...

Skud, your attempts at shifting the focus of racketeering and child rape to the Clintons is a major fail.

It it TRUMP who is facing court appearances for those crimes, not the Clintons -- and they never did. So stop your pathetic nonsense.

BTW, President Obama is now as popular as Ronald Reagan was at this point in his presidency.

That's right. Your pathetic attempt to denigrate a very popular president is a major FAIL.

President Obama is just as much loved as President Reagan was.

Come back when you have something that isn't a major FAIL.
