It's going to take more than one day.

Leaders of a specific sort like to think they are the apex of all things. But honestly, they serve at the will of their people, not the people serving the leader. History is pretty clear on this point. Great leaders aren't in power in spite of the the people but because they ensure the people are cared for, looked after, and encouraged to bring their talents to the table.

It is clear in the here/now this lesson has been forgotten, at least here in the USA.

It amuses me (like watching the collapse of a building) to watch the GOP suffer the consequences of their actions. Who knew cutting necessary services to a population historically used in money drives was not a good idea?

Listened to the song a couple of times, found the meaning of the lyrics video to watch a couple more times and then back to just listening to Bowie being Bowie. Thank you. I forgot who I am for a moment but now I remember.

from WIKIPEDIA:

An art rock song that builds throughout its run time, "'Heroes'" concerns two lovers, one from East Berlin and the other from the West. Under constant fear of death, they dream they are free, swimming with dolphins. Bowie placed the title in quotation marks as an expression of irony on the otherwise romantic or triumphant words and music. Directly inspired by Bowie witnessing a kiss between Visconti and singer Antonia Maass next to the Berlin Wall, other inspirations included a painting by Otto Mueller and a short story by Alberto Denti di Pirajno.

ET AL

No, Grey One, leaders don't make great heroes... it's usually the walls that call to them...

In your posted video Bowie's posture is like that of a dolphin dancing on the surface of the sea. Jes sayin'...

It is revealing multi named troll that you must always redirect to pages my computer says will endanger me and my machine. Like, you can't speak for yourself? You have to take pages to say something when a paragraph will do?

I was always told that such thinking and inability to be succinct equals laziness in thought and processes.

Or was that just because I was a girl trying to fit in the Libertarian thought process? Don't answer, I've already found the answer (hint my gender was an issue) but the question wasn't for me, it was for you troll. Your mansplaining gives you away.

Your computer tells you where you can go and how you should think... very telling Grey One.

And your Fuhrer tells you where you can go and what to think -fj. Very telling.

Naaah, unlike your liederhosen, our politicians actually listen to us and try and deliver on promises made to us... you know, act as the people's "representatives" instead of their "proletarian vanguard".

Yes troll, I observe and respect railroad crossing signals too. What does that tell you about me?
