JD Vance lies about Governor Walz's military record, claiming "stolen valor," and the MAGAs in the blogsphere repeat it without checking for the truth.
That is not surprising, since MAGA believe Trump's lies, and they enjoy being bamboozled. They're not truth seekers; they're "gotcha seekers," even when it's a LIE:

"Speaking to reporters in Michigan on Wednesday, Donald Trump's running mate accused the Minnesota governor of "stolen valor" for allegedly claiming that he had served in a war, and for "abandoning" his unit.
Walz spent 24 years in the National Guard, rising to command sergeant major, one of the top ranks for an enlisted soldier. He left the Guard in 2005, months before the battalion he led was notified that they were to be deployed to Iraq. Walz previously said his decision to retire was due to him deciding to run for Congress.
Vance served in the Marine Corps for four years, although he never saw combat. He served as combat correspondent in Iraq between August 2005 and February 2006.
Arizona Senator Mark Kelly, a former Navy combat pilot and astronaut who was on the shortlist to be named Harris' running mate, posted: "Hey JD Vance, did you forget what the USMC taught you about respect?
"Tim Walz spent DECADES in uniform. You both deserve to be thanked for your service. Don't become Donald Trump. He calls veterans suckers and losers and that is beneath those of us who have actually served."
JD Vance is a disgrace and a despicable human being, attacking the military service of his fellow officers! How Trumpian of him!

I looked up Tim's military service. He was in an artilery outfit. He never would have been on the front lines with a rifle anyway. And being a Sargent Major, he wouldn't have been up there with the cannons either.

Simple answer is Walz didn't want his fellow reservists to get hurt protecting Minneapolis during the riots that killed two people and ruined countless businesses.
Someone need to convince jill to keep joey b on the couch. He should not be allowed in public because his condition is worsening. He answered a question about not having a smooth transition with the statement if trump wins.
Give it up skud. A new day is dawning. Hope you find a happy home when it fully blossoms and America emerges from the long night of darkness and gloom the great Orange Menance caused to descend on America.
But my guess, you'll be grousing and complaining until the universe calls you home.
