The GOP's President

It's very telling that the GOP's president is threatening to not let Special Counsel Rober Mueller testify before Congress. Trump bragged that the Mueller Reported completely exonerated him from everything!

Now the so-called president is afraid to have the man who is responsible for the report that he claims "completely exonerated him" to testify.

Why do you suppose that is?

HERE'S WHY:

Trump would have been charged with obstruction were he not president, hundreds of former federal prosecutors assert

"The statement — signed by former federal prosecutors who worked in Republican and Democratic administrations — essentially offers a rebuttal to Attorney General William P. Barr’s determination that the evidence uncovered by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III was “not sufficient” to establish that President Trump committed a crime."

The GOP's president is a crook!

Hundreds of former prosecutors say Trump would have been indicted if he were not president:

“We believe strongly that, but for the OLC memo, the overwhelming weight of professional judgment would come down in favor of prosecution for the conduct outlined in the Mueller Report," the former federal prosecutors said in a statement.

"Former" is the key word.

How very surprising. NOT!

"Anonymous" how is "former" the key word? The fact that they're retired automatically renders them incapable of accessing their knowledge of criminal justice?

Nice try.

FAIL!

375 FORMER prosecutors is like saying 375 former homosexuals. If you have all their names send them along so that if I ever need a lawyer I won’t call any of them.

"Minus Eff Jay" says his handle is actually "Dash FJ" (and "FJ" stands for "Farmer John"). As per a Human Events article Minus posted on one of his blogs, Barr did not write his memo saying a president can never obstruct justice "out of the blue". It was tRump's lawyers who contacted Barr and asked him to write the memo. In an effort to convince Rosenstein that the "president can't obstruct justice" view was the correct one. This they did after getting the questions from Mueller which tRump (even given his great memory) couldn't remember the answers to.

Seems that the nature of Mueller's questions told tRump's lawyers that Mueller was pursuing obstruction of justice (and not conspiracy). Apparently after that ploy didn't work (Rosenstein wasn't convinced), their next ploy was to get Barr into the AG position so that his views on obstruction would become DOJ official policy. When that happened it was "checkmate". And THAT explains why the Mueller report concluded so quickly after Barr was approved by Congress (with Democratic votes).

trumpers do not care what the Mueller report actually says. tRump's lawyers beat the system. If tRump did anything illegal or morally questionable (things they'd object to if a Democratic president did them) it doesn't matter. Because HE GOT AWAY WITH IT.

With the obviously fear of having his ass pounded by Joe Biden in 2020 and Mueller expected to appear before Congress, Trump is hanging on to the ropes by a thread, just waiting for a knockout blow from Biden, or Sanders .

No longer do we hear any of his wise ass cracks about "Pocahontas" etc... Trump considers her an easy win, being a woman. But now he realizes that he has an honest to good, real foe in Joe Biden, and he's running scared . In fact, the way he is acting, I think he seriously expects to get beaten badly in 2020.

But what is really telling, and not at all surprising, is his current opinion that Mueller should not appear before Congress. And why is that? Is it because the Repubs in Congress are not smart enough to defend him against Democrat questions? Is it because Mueller will expose the dirty laundry, that Trump did obstruct? Other than Hannity and Kellyann, anyone else with a brain has no doubt.

So, the clock is ticking. How much longer can Trump play out his losing game, or will we have to wait for his fat butt kicked in 2020

MULTIPLE FELONY CHARGES. Know why they said that? Because special counsel Robert Mueller laid out extensive evidence for MULTIPLE FELONIES. And in case you didn't have time to read the 448-page Mueller Report yourself they go ahead and list out the things Trump ought to be indicted for, and explain why they all satisfy the legal requirements for obstruction indictments.

Trump is a criminal.
