I'm surprised that the Bonderenka blog allowed the takeover by those trolls, but I suppose as long as they stick to Biden bashing, they can remain.

People have the right to protect themselves against self-incrimination and they cannot be imprisoned without due process of law (fair procedures and trials.) This is what's happening to Trump, - he's experiencing "due process of law" for the crimes he's been charged with. Also, he took the 5th Amendment dozens of times on the stand. Remember when he stated that only crooks take the 5th? I do. Apparently, Trump didn't remember.
The Sixth Amendment provides additional protections to people accused of crimes, such as the right to a speedy and public trial, trial by an impartial jury in criminal cases, and to be informed of criminal charges. Witnesses must face the accused, and the accused is allowed his or her own witnesses and to be represented by a lawyer. This is happening to Trump and the people who conspired with him to overthrow the US government. Those rights have not been taken away, they are being implemented even as we speak.
The Seventh Amendment extends the right to a jury trial in Federal civil cases. This is happening to Trump and the people who conspired with him to commit sedition against the United States.
The Eighth Amendment bars excessive bail and fines and cruel and unusual punishment. This happened according to the law when Trump was arrested. So this right was NOT taken away.
The Ninth Amendment states that listing specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that people do not have other rights that have not been spelled out. This is an interesting "right," since lots of religious conservative judges and others have banned abortion in because "it's not protected in the Constitution." I think this Amendment disagrees with that.
The Tenth Amendment says that the Federal Government only has those powers delegated in the Constitution. If it isn’t listed, it belongs to the states or to the people.
So there it is. Your rights haven't been taken away. You're just angry that Trump is being held accountable for his crimes.

The firearms suspension, classified as an emergency public health order, applies to open and concealed carry in most public places, from city sidewalks to urban recreational parks. The restriction is tied to a threshold for violent crime rates currently only met by the metropolitan Albuquerque. Police and licensed security guards are exempt from the temporary ban.
