Donald Trump hosted a virulent anti-Semite and White Supremacist for dinner at his Mar-a-Largo home

NICK FUENTES:  “Jews have too much power in our society,” he recently wrote on his Telegram channel. “Christians should have all the power, everyone else very little.”

Trump talks with white nationalist Nick Fuentes at Mar-a-Lago dinner

The guy who wants to be POTUS again hosted Nick Fuentes, a virulent anti-Semite and white supremacist at his home last week.

"Fuentes first gained notoriety for attending the deadly Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville in 2017. He was one of “very fine people on both sides,” as Trump said at the time...He has denied the Holocaust, opposes interracial marriage, and wishes for a return to Jim Crow segregation, among other racist beliefs. Fuentes recently said he’d prefer a Catholic monarchy to a democracy."

What do his adoring supporters think of that?

This is from Jonathan Swan who reported what a source who was at the meeting at Mar-a-Largo told him:

"New details from the dinner: Fuentes told Trump he represented a side of his base that was disappointed with his announcement speech and him not doing enough to help those charged for Jan. 6.

Trump didn't disagree with Fuentes but said Fuentes also told Trump that he would crush potential 2024 Republican rivals in a primary, including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Trump asked for Fuentes' opinion on other candidates as well. Trump at one point turned to Ye and said, "I really like this guy. He gets me."

(S.K.: Well, yeah! A white supremacist GETS Trump. They know exactly how Trump thinks and feels. Fuentes has called for violence against the Jewish community.)

Here's more of what Fuentes advocates:

"My mission for 2024 is to raise an army of at least one thousand Groypers that will infiltrate Capitol Hill and the Trump administration as staffers and bureaucrats" for a fascist MAGA revolution."

"Fuck democracy," Fuentes says. "Divorce, abortion, ghettos, crime, political correctness, diversity... track record of democracy, not so good. Catholic autocracy? Pretty strong... Catholic monarchy, just war, inquisitions and crusades: pretty good, pretty good stuff"

So Trump says Fuentes "gets him?" Trump likes Fuentes!

"Trump asked if Fuentes was on social media such as Truth Social, the former president's alternative to Twitter. Fuentes told Trump that he was on Truth Social but had been banned from the social media platform Gettr because Trump adviser Jason Miller, the CEO of the company wasn't a fan of his.

Trump asked whether it was because Fuentes was on the "fringe" of his supporter base, the source said. Fuentes acknowledged that he was, saying he's "one of those people who got banned from everything."

One week before he and anti-Semite Kanye had dinner with Trump at Mar-a-Lago, Nick Fuentes was publicly calling for deadly violence against the American Jewish community:

"White nationalist anti-Semite Nick Fuentes warns that if "the Jews" don't stop oppressing people like him, it will soon lead to violence: "When it comes to the Jews, every society where shit has gone down with these people, it always goes from zero to sixty."

Trump’s former ambassador to Israel:

Quote Tweet David M Friedman ·
Nov 25

"To my friend Donald Trump, you are better than this. Even a social visit from an anti-Semite like Kanye West and human scum like Nick Fuentes is unacceptable.

I urge you to throw those bums out, disavow them and relegate them to the dustbin of history where they belong.

The fact is Donald J. Trump is not better than this.

Trump is exactly this.

Can anyone explain why Trump would have anything to do with a pig like Nick Fuentes?

I don't think Trump will be president again.

But his stupid fawning over a piece of human waste -- Fuentes -- should make Trump a pariah to decent society for the rest of his useless and miserable life.

M.T. Greene and her Nazi-loving pal, Fuentes.

When Trump's karma (past action) catches up to him, and it will, it won't be pleasant for him. Trump will not escape the negative energies of his past actions (karma). Ultimately his karma will exact accountability. Truth and justice will be served. It will be enough.

As far as I know, only one currently elected Republican, Cassidy of Louisiana, denounced Trump for his neo-Nazi dinner party. He also voted guilty on Trump's second impeachment.

"Fuentes’s dinner with Trump was a huge propaganda victory for white power groups.

What happened during the Trump years is that he and his administration opened some space for people to use mainstream politics for extremist purposes. A former president sitting for a dinner meeting with a white power activist is the kind of thing that activists can use to claim that they have become a real political force."

Shaw Kenawe said...

"Fuentes urged his followers to storm state capitols and pressure lawmakers into overturning Trump’s 2020 loss."

Trump's embrace of antisemitism-and the GOP's deliberate failure to publicly rebuke him-is a complete moral collapse.

Les Carpenter said...

As i see it Shaw tRump and his "movement" are already a real political force. Admittedly he represents the unethical and immoral in politics and private life, but, he literally has millions of supporters and as he demonstrated on J6 2021 there are plenty willing to create chaos and violence in the pursuit of advancing tRump's racist white supremacy agenda.

I respect and admire you and others willing to take an active role in spreading the truth about tRump, the republican party, and the evil agenda that tRump has and the sheeple in the GOP supported.

My point above is simply this, regardless what our secular government does or does not do to hold tRump accountable for his egregiously unethical/immoral behavior his karma will, in the end, result in ultimate justice. He will get what he deserves.

Keep up the good work.

Donald Trump has already announced he wants to run for President again
I don't think that anyone who has Diner with that Anti-Semitic Fuentes is suited for the POTUS ..

Maybe Anti-Semitic and Holocaust Denial ain't the third-rail of the Jewish vote it used to be, at least not to the younger generation. But it still is to my wife and I, and anyone that is STUPID enough to be a Holocaust Denier is to Stupid to even be a server of mine in any restaurant.

Les I agree. There's an old saying that is akin to what karma is: "What goes around comes around." And I think we're beginning to see that happening to Trump. His latest stupidity of being chummy and having dinner with two anti-Semites is an example.

“We have a long history in this country of separating the moral character of the man in the White House from his conduct in office, but with Trump, it’s gone beyond any of the reasonably acceptable and justifiable norms,” Jay Lefkowitz, a former adviser to President George W. Bush and a supporter of many of Mr. Trump’s policies, said on Monday.

For American Jewry, the debate since the dinner has brought into focus what may be the most discomfiting moment in U.S. history in a half-century or more.

“The normalization of antisemitism is here,” said Jonathan Greenblatt, chief executive of the Anti-Defamation League.

"The normalization of antisemitism is here." And Donald J. Trump facilitated it by coddling and inviting friendship with hateful anti-Semites like like Fuentes and Ye.

It's just one more nail in Trump's political coffin. He's sure to bring on more with his disgusting behaviors.

More Republicans have condemned Trumpy's "My Dinner With Nazis" get together last week.

However, DeSantis has been conspicuously silent. I guess he doesn't want to lost Trumpy's bigots and anti-Semites. He'll need their votes. DeSantis is, like many Republican pols, a weakling.

Hate from any side is not acceptable. Does this apply to omar or is it just trump. Tlaib is a little more reserved with her anti-semitic language but she is also anti Israel but in you opinion that is OK because she is a democrat. Not trying to be argumentative, just trying to understand the logic.

Shaw Kenawe said...

First of all, skud, I've never mentioned Tlaib on my blog. Ever. So where do you get the idea that I think it's OK for her or anyone to spew antisemitism? Not on my blog. I don't follow her, so I don't know much about her.

Now that I've looked her up, I see that she is one out of 435 US Representatives, and she's from Detroit, and that she's criticized Israeli policies against the Palestinians. That does not make her anti-Semitic. To the best of my knowledge, she's never called for the death of all Jews or blamed the Jews for being in charge of Hollywood, banks, and media, etc. As far as I know, she disagrees with Israel's POLICIES. If she has denigrated all Jews as being part of some sort of cabal to take over this country, I've never read it. THAT is anti-Semitism that is toxic and wrong and I condemn it outright.

And that is the sort of anti-Semitism Fuentes and Ye spew and that Donald Trump indirectly approved when he, a candidate for the US presidency, had dinner with them last week. Trump claims he didn't know who Fuentes was. That's hard to believe, and is probably another Trump lie. But when Trump claimed he didn't know Fuentes, Trump DID NOT SAY IN UNCONDITIONAL TERMS, that Fuentes' anti-Semitism is unacceptable to him and wants no part of it. Trump DID NOT condemn it.

Plenty of Democrats in leadership roles, including the head of the DNC, HAVE CONDEMNED TLAIB for her words about Israel.

Tomorrow, I'm posting a list of actual quotes by Fuentes. You can see for yourself what Fuentes has said about the Jews and how Donald Trump admired Fuentes enough to say "He gets me!"

Skud, the logic boils down to this: one side (GQP) calls for the imprisonment, expulsion, and death of anyone not in lockstep with GQP ideals, and the other is demanding (Democratic Party) everyone agree to honor each others rights. This means the rights of the GQP’s fist end at the tip of the Democratic Party’s nose.

Shaw - neither Thing 45 nor DeSantis will disavow the Nazis in their midst. Both have been provided plenty of opportunities and yet they remain silent.

As for Thing 45 saying he didn’t know who Fuentes is… I’m not a betting person but dollars to donuts the Secret Service was very aware. Thing 45 wouldn’t know his kids except that their light reflects on him.

Sorry is all I can say to the whataboutism crowd...

Dems have publicly condemned, by name, the ppl in their ranks who have made racist, bigoted statements about others. The GOP? Really, only Romney. The rest offered mostly milk toast warmed over denunciations of a dinner party.

Read this folks...

Fuentes, live on a Podcast, said he was joking when he denied the Holocaust. He also compared Jews burnt in concentration camps to cookies in an oven.

There is no what about to be had here, and any honest person can see that. This is not a criticism of Israel, this is pure, unmitigated evil. As is any attempt to minimize it, excuse it and sidestep responsibility for cavorting with someone such as Fuentes.

skudrunner said...

Grey, So for Omar to be totally anti-semitic and feels Israel should not exist is OK with you. Logic seems to escape that reasoning but to each his own. After Talib confronted joey B about her hatred of Israel he said she was a great person and smart and he admired her.

Les Carpenter said...

Money talks. And there is plenty of white supremast (Nazi) money in their midst.

Dave Dubya said...

Why does Skud have a reflexive need to falsely equate the Democratic women reps with the hateful rhetoric of Fuentes?

Why does he need to equate their words with Fuentes telling Jews to, "get out fuck out of America! You serve the devil. You serve Satan. ... I piss on your Talmud"?

Tlaib said NOTHING near as evil as the crap he spews. Skud lies about her "hatred for Israel". Notice he NEVER SHOWS EVIDENCE to support his accusations. This is typical of the Right. FEELINGS trump facs.

Tlaib's alleged "anti-Semitism" isn't against Jews, but the hard Right apartheid Israeli policies.

“I want you all to know that among progressives, it becomes clear that you cannot claim to hold progressive values yet back Israel‘s apartheid government.”

There are Jews who agree with this.

Omar was stomped for just saying, “It’s all about the Benjamins baby", about the Right-wing AIPAC.

Omar said her intention was never to offend “my constituents or Jewish Americans as a whole. . . . This is why I unequivocally apologize.”

Indeed it is bigoted to demonize the woman for merely dissenting from Likud politics and noting that AIPAC members donate money for influence.

These women have received numerous death threats by people who believe Skud's false accusations, and the "anti-Semitic" and "anti-Israel" lies about them.

They are victims of the bigotry projected by their haters and incurious clueless people like Skud.

Falsely accusing them, and equating them with the hate from Fuentes, is its own expression of racism and bigotry.

Skud, not what I said, at all but you never let what someone hasn’t said keep you from your straw man (il)logic.

I’m not debating Israel with you. I am saying one side in the USA advocates death and worse and the other is saying share the country. I’ll say it again Skud because your comprehension skills are lacking these days.

The GQP offers hate, othering, and personal power grabs while the Democratic Party (not saying they are perfect) offers policy and solutions for the issues plaguing Americans.

That you went where you did from what I said indicates to me you aren’t listening at all. Says a lot to me about you and yours Skud, and none of it is flattering.

I don't know if you heard but trump is no longer in office and he stands about the same chance of getting the nomination again as joey b which would be very slim. Omar is still a practicing politician and so is joey b so they can impact policy, unlike orange blob.

Dave Miller said...

Skud... it seems you've missed that Trump is running for president and the GOP refuses, with the notable exception of Mitt Romney, to criticize him by name. Not a single statement from any GOP leader save Romney, about Trump's embrace of both Ye and Fuentes, mentioned his name.

Why is that?

Because they are afraid of losing his supporters. Even if he does not run, a lot of us will never let the GOP forget that their obedience to Trump normalized the current white supremacy resurgence we are seeing, the rise in anti-semitism and the heightened general coarseness in society we are seeing.

Biden ain't perfect, nor are the Dems. Nor are they sinless in their political foibles. And yes, sometimes they err and say things that are racist, antisemitic and hurtful. They also do stupid things.

But here's the difference...

By and large, when a Dem screws up, we hear apologies, acceptance of their errors, pledges to do better and in some case, outright resignations.

That's what mature, professionals do. Something Trump has never done and will never do. And yet, the GOP continues their embrace of him.

In no way will Skud acknowledge the politician who apologized for their remarks and has proved their remorse by not making the same mistake. Skud is stuck with calling names and pointing out that one time you made a mistake like ten years ago but never mind how when you knew better you did better, what about ten years ago? In skuds world learning is verboten, one can only do what they do, to infinity. Almost sounds like Skud is a dyed in the wool Calvinist Christian - where everything is set in place with no deviation by their Deity. How… set in one’s way. Explains their inability to accept new facts as they are discovered.

I might have been thinking of reasons skud ignored all our evidence and this is my hypothesis.

skud isn't the only Conservative who brings up politicians' bad actions and remarks and ignores anything they've done to remedy those things.

The late Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia is an example. He was a Democrat who once supported the KKK, but who came to his senses and apologized for his support of that terrorist group later in life and condemned the KKK for what it was and what it did. In fact, Sen. Byrd did such a turnaround in his thinking and behavior that the NAACP honored him for it.

But the "Whataboutists" never mention that part, which is curious because if they're Christians, turning away from sin and seeking redemption is an important part of Christianity. Sadly, there are those sort of Christians who accept only those in their tribe as truly changed through Christ (see Herschel Walker, e.g.) but conveniently forget anyone else's atonement for their sins (see Sen. Byrd, e.g.).

Dave Dubya said...

We can appreciate Skud for displaying conservatism's essential features. They blame, accuse, and scapegoat the "others" while denying or refusing to recognize their own ignorance and blatant hypocrisy, intolerance, and double standards.

They will always declare "Democrats are the party of the KKK!", while refusing to accept the fact the racists, white supremacists, and the Klan vote for only Republicans in modern times.

They refuse to learn or admit what they don't want to know.

They find emotional comfort in conformity to delusions, dogma, and propaganda. It is the authoritarian way.

Les Carpenter said...

Sadly, these folks of whom you speak Shaw apparently have their own interpretation of Christ's teachings. An interpretation no doubt colored deeply by their own prejudices, biases, and cultural conditioning. Christ, were he to re-arrive on planet earth today would, without a doubt, be furious with & over the ignorance of his "flock" relative to their total lack of understanding of his teachings.

Their Savior had words for those hateful "Christians".
