Really enjoyed Kevin's composition. While listening it brought me back to my orchestra and band years when at competition band and orchestra members had to judge three other bands or orchestra's using the format of the official judges. It was fun and educational and developmental as the same time. Ratings were fair, good, excellent, or superior.
I do not recall all the specific criteria for judging 53 years later but, this performance and comosition rate a superior.
